Why Drink Water?

This is something I extremely passionate about and I really feel that adults don't drink enough water.

As a general rule, there's maybe like 30% to 40% of the population that do and the rest just seem to forget about it.

Why it's so important and how you can maximize the amount that you drink and make sure that you're getting enough what your body needs each day?

With the latest research, adults needed two liters of water a day, which is still actually kind of accurate just depending on your size and your energy levels and the rest of it.

But the latest thing that they're saying is that for every 15 kg of body weight, you need to be consuming at least 1.5 liters of water in a day.


Why is it important?

Our brains are made up of 85% water and so many other organs in our body are also made up of a huge percentage of water, such as our lungs, our heart, our kidneys, our liver.

So it is something that is very, very important for our body to function at its best.

However, one of the studies that has been shown to, shows that people would die from dehydration before they die of starvation.

Your body can withhold without food longer than it can withstand without water.

Recent studies have shown that not consuming enough water, this is going to reduce your concentration and your cognitive function.

It can affect your mental health, maybe it will affect your work performance as well.

If you want to get the most out of your concentration and your work or maybe you're studying, then really water is the first place to begin.


Water also helps with skin health.

It helps with the elasticity of your skin when you're dehydrated. Your skin being the biggest organ in your body shows that and it becomes dry and it reduces elasticity and you might find over time, you age a bit worse, you might wrinkle more. Skin health is a huge one metabolism as well.

So, if you are looking at speeding up your metabolism. Having enough water is a huge thing here.
