Ep 4: Find movement you actually enjoy doing

How to add movement into your life this 2023?
Here are my tips:
1. Find time to exercise – plan that out so that you're prioritizing it and make sure it’s realistic time.
2. Find movement that you enjoy doing and plan that out.
Example: Monday- going to the gym, Tuesday-dance class, Wednesday- walk, Thursday-gym, Friday- yoga class Saturday-walk and Sunday- rest day.
3. Do not be afraid to REST.
Rest is so important for your muscles to recover so that they can heal and grow.
4. Put yourself in a really good mindset.
If you miss an exercise, don't feel guilty, it's okay to listen to your body.
So listen to yourself, be real with yourself. If you need the rest, take the rest, if you're just being lazy maybe push yourself or that's a good time to get an accountability buddy.
