I thought for a fun little episode, we would jump in and I would discuss the most commonly asked nutrition questions.
Let’s Google and take a look for myself and see what came up.
My recommendation for the week is to take probiotics.
Probiotics are good bacteria, you can get them in capsule form, in drink form, in powder form.
What they do is they help to increase your guts good bacteria to help balance it a little bit better and restore your gut health overall. This then has impacts on just about everything else.

It's really important to just look at where you're getting your information and answers from and if you're hearing one and it sounds too good to be true.
It probably is too good to be true.
Or if the person who's giving it has no credibility behind them to show that they've done the research, they've done the studying to know this.
It's really important to look for a second opinion so that you can make sure you are getting the right answers.
