What does healthy actually mean?
So to me, I would say that healthy is having energy in the morning, so waking up feeling rested and refreshed and jumping out of bed and not feeling tired.
I think it's really important to look at how you're feeling when you look at the definition of healthy over necessarily how you're looking.
You can answer these questions to check if you are healthy.
1. How do you feel in the morning? Are you full of energy?
2. How often do you get sick?
3. How do you feel mentally?
4. How do you feel when you eat something that's maybe a little bit naughty, like the chocolate cake or having too many drinks?
5. How do you feel when you look in the mirror?
We can evaluate ourselves with these questions and we can so much about our body. Have a beautiful day and keep smiling.
