Hi, everybody. I am Mary Meyer, host of Healthy, Happy, Wise, and Wealthy podcast. And today we are going all about health with Igor Siberia of Breath Mystery. Welcome, Igor. Hi. Yeah, thank you for welcoming me, and I'm just grateful and happy to be here. Yes, me too. So I met Igor when I took his workshop when he was in Reno, and he has since then, in 2024, done a whole tour of the U.S. and so I just wanted to have them on because I
think. I don't know that our listeners necessarily know a lot about breath work. So before we even get started on all this, do you care if we play your video that kind of shows them what breath work is with your thing? Would that be okay? Yes, that would be a great introduction and welcoming everybody to my world. Let's do this. Yes. All right, so this is a on. And it is. It does live on his YouTube channel, which is Breath Mystery. So we're gonna play this, this, and then we'll dive in.
I am infinitely grateful. It is truly the deepest therapy that I could ever ask for. I've gone through talk therapy and processed and theorized about what I've experienced in my life. And through breath work, I feel the embodiment move through and I come out a whole new reborn person and releasing so much just trauma and pain that left my body, and I was. And the container held me, and it was amazing. Feel so safe and so held in your presence. I really recognize the power of that.
Completely transformed everything there. And just thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you so much. Thank you for just holding it with such integrity. So if you want an emotional breakthrough, if you want to be able to get to the next level of your life, if you want to be able to experience something that's going to get you in your highest alignment, most definitely talk to this man. This was truly, like, years of therapy for me. It is the most transformational experience you could ever
ask. Thank you. That's great. Go to the YouTube channel and watch it too. So it always. It always brings, like, a full spectrum of emotions. When I'm watching it, I'm like, oh my God. All the things. And I experienced that too. So. But let's start. So you are from Siberia originally, and then you came to the U.S. tell us. Tell us a little bit about your background and.
And how that led you into breath work. Yes. I was born and raised in Siberia in the Far east part of Asia, and I have a big chunk of my ancestors from, like, right the center of the Siberia, Lake Baikal. My grandmother came from there and another part of my ancestors came from more west part of Siberia. So eventually they all migrated to the Far east. And that's where my parents were born. And I was born so many, many, many generations of
just Siberian blood. And however, it was interesting that something that I felt called to like travel and my parents introduced me of like idea of traveling and they took me aboard to different country. I was in Sweden. I remember when I was 13. Okay. And then when I was 20, I. I wanted. I found this beautiful image of Golden Gate Bridge. And I couldn't believe that's real. And my major was in civil engineering. And one of the projects in my, in the university was to like
develop the bridge. So I was so passionate about bridges that eventually further in my life it became more metaphorical connection that I'm creating the bridge for people. And that bridge led me to California, to San Francisco, where I began my life in United States. How old were you then? I was 21. Okay. So still young and that is. I don't think I remember that. So you studied it and you studied something so different. What did you say in the university? Civil. Civil
engineering. Okay. Civil engineering. Yeah. And that's a lot from breath work, but that's very cool. So tell us about. And now you're in Hawaii. Well, yeah. Let me connect those pieces. What I discovered on this journey that, that civil engineering, when I moved to Bay Area in tech environment, I received additional education and became a software engineer. Software quality assurance engineer.
And over time after that and after my awakening, it's all transmuted to a human engineering is I like when I woke up and I transformed and transitioned to new holistic lifestyle. That's the time when I moved to Hawaii and I open up all my channels, reconnected to all the ancestral wisdom to music. And that's where I start. Continue. It's you know, like mindset. Once it's interesting when it's developed, it stays that
way. And the spectrum, the depth of, of my consciousness, I just get surprised sometimes I really go deep in the topics. When I get passionate about something and allow myself to really study one niche, one topic and become an expert in the, in that field instead of trying little different things and kind of know a little bit about everything, but nothing in depth about anything. If that makes sense. Yeah, I'm the opposite. I know a whole lot about everything and, and
I'm an expert in everything and nothing. So. Yeah, I don't know that way. Yes. So tell me. So when did, when did this happen that you made this transition from you know, engineering in that world into. Into breath work and working with people and healing. That was about 10 years ago when I began kind of like a part time transition, holistic lifestyle and eight years full time. So once I moved to Hawaii, I began in Los Angeles and then I moved to Hawaii, I continued there. But I just mark
that point of. It's been just a very. It's a good amount of time, like solidly full time, just reading lots of books, going through different trainings, seminars, but also forums and summits. Everything that like exists. I didn't even know there is so much about breath. And it's, it's, it's. There's almost like a university,
it's an academy that I got a chance to go to. I was just blown away the amount of depth that exists in the world from ancient times to a modern life in a kind of like scientific research studies that are currently conducted in some of them already been released. That just shows how that how beneficial and positively impactful breathing is on our life. But more from a scientific viewpoint. Yes. Boost your immune system, for example. That was. The session
that I was in with you and Reno. At the end of it there was a lady who said her pain was like 100 coming in and going out. It was like a 15 on a percentage scale. So like there is some really definite immediate solid benefits of people I know that you've seen happen. But how, how did you find out about this? Like you know, because this is your life work now. So like what was the, what was the thing that made you go I have to do this with people and this is the thing to help heal them.
Yeah, thank you. This is a really good question. That was the point when I was on the discovery on a quest to find out what would I love to do, what I would be really passionate about, that I'll be waking up inspired, motivated. And I've been on a quest for many years, for multiple years until I have came across quite randomly one of the big breathwork session with 100 people. And that was my first time kind
of like coming in not really knowing what that is. I knew that that some kind of like guided meditation those people that I like to work with the most right now too. But in that experience to have my story, long story short, I got a chance to reconnect with my ancestors, specifically with my grandma and grandfather who transitioned when in 2014 and 16 while I was in US and I wasn't able to go back to grief together. With my family. So it was a very impactful
event of my life. Have a lot of sorrow and kind of just missing them. So the moment of having them come to me, my eyes closed and I see them vividly, like they would be right next to me. And then I was already doing Reiki and offering that in my studio in Los Angeles. So what's interesting, when my grandmother, she offered me, can I do, like, the energy work for you? Yes, please. You know, and then in the vision, I see how she put her hand
on my heart. And I feel that as somebody would literally put a hand on my heart. It was such a vivid experience that, like, while obviously there was no hand on my heart, but in a way, I felt that there was so much sensations, tingling and so much vibration and heat was happening on my heart. That was unusual. Nothing I ever experienced like that. And as I see she moves her hand, I. That energy moves and I feel that heat and vibration, like on my solar plexus, on my belly. It's all being
aligned together. And so that experience, during that experience, both of them, grandfather and grandmother, I asked them what. What I'm here to do in this world. And they told me that your mission is very simple. You just need to bring a breath awareness back to this world. You just need to remind people with all your creativity and passion how to breathe. That's. I had not heard that story. That is pretty powerful. It was just so profound, life
changing. And that's where it all became so clear for me that I. This is what I want to pursue and continue reminding people how to breathe in all the ways I can. And that led me to create my signature work that you got. You got a chance to experience. Yeah. So in my. Yeah. You want to ask something? Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you. Well, I know because, like, when people do, and I've been doing different forms, I guess what, you know, you call in quotes, energy work
throughout my healing journey in different ways. And breathwork initially wasn't a part of it, but there's so many different things that fall into that. Where you're shifting what's going on in your body with your emotions, and that physically changes things. And Reiki is one. I know it's. It's hard. That's hard to understand that one. It's hard to understand
breath work. It's hard to understand. You're just like, how are you breathing and then you see your grandparents and, you know, decide on your life work. So I. And a lot of people are like, it's it's hard because we're, we're very in our head and this is what we do. And we do X, Y and Z. And I, I get that. You know, I live in, in both worlds of course too. So I'm in mostly in the business world and also someone in the creative space and I've done all kinds of this stuff.
So what, what's some of the science behind it that you found too with people or in your, in your studying of books? With some of the science you found of how it works for people that are science brained? Yeah, because I'm, I'm just, I used to be that way and like I, I was kind of like questioning everything. What have I experienced? Why did I see that and all of that. Yeah. Which is normal. But like I think when people
hear it they're like, that's just, I mean that sounds crazy. Like it's, it's a little, it's hard to, it's hard to comprehend and it's hard to feel like I don't know that I wanna, that feels weird. You know, that's what they're gonna. You think initially for sure, until you've experienced it a few times and then you're like, actually this feels normal and everything else in the world now feels a little odd, you know? Yeah. And
once you're kind of connected to it. But I'm glad you asked that because like even when I were practicing Reiki, which is energy work and my, I wanted to offer that to my mom remotely over this Skype and she was like, well, you know that I really don't believe in any of that stuff. And I'm like, yeah, I do, mom. And can. Would you be open to just like, you know, listen me and go through the journey and by the end of it, she got, she, she was, she was so happy.
She's like, oh my God, I've seen the purple color. Color. And she never seen any colors with her eyes closed. So that was a good, like signs of like experiencing. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Coming back to your question, the science behind it. So when we breathe, it's a natural way. There's a certain technique, a lineage of the breathing that allows you to release your natural gmt. Right. And when that being released and then. You start your natural. What I missed what you said. Your
natural gmt. Okay. I don't know what that. Yeah. So. Well, it's a substance, right? Substance that like in your brain. And once, once that being released. So that substance being released with like when you do plant medicine, for example, any psychedelics like acid, mushrooms, ayahuasca, any of that. Right. So any psychedelics. So that's kind of like a shortcut that people use to experience visions and see all that. But also it's. There's a way to do that naturally that is scientifically shown
and proven that. That the certain breathing technique with a certain sequences, rhythms, proper facilitations allow you safely to access to that part of your brain. And when that, when that happens, then you able to access to a deeper state of your subconscious mind. And that's where all of that stored all that unprocessed emotions, memories, people that you lost, that you wanted to see, you couldn't see. And it's all coming to you in a way that you need to see it that make you to
realize something in your life. It's connecting you to like the kind of like the best version of yourself. And you just simply to say having this aha moment like in my world that just change that direction of my life. When I got a chance to see my grandparents. Yeah, that's. That's fascinating. And I personally, I like it better because I think so I've had someone, a friend, try more than one friend, say you need to do the. Whatever the mushrooms or whatever.
And I think I get a little nervous about any kind of substances. So I much appreciate because it's like, I feel like, you know, you feel like you're more. You're completely in control when you're breathing, you know. And so you can, you can stay connected and release a lot of emotions and, and. And have still that feeling of being in control. I think that maybe not everyone cares about, but I mean I do a lot. A lot of people do. There's two different kinds of people who less scary,
but who more scary. But obviously we want to take this approach like professionally, more seriously. Because there is a big difference when you are being professionally guided versus when you just trying things on your own. Things could happen. It's a. You're going in a deeper state of consciousness with anything, psychedelics
and all of that. So when you being guided, there is somebody who like can support you to process the things that come up and make a huge difference in your journey and transformation to even understand. Like you ask a question because quite often you like what, what happened to me? Why does that happen? You get so many questions
when they don't get answered. You come up with the stories based on your previous experience and you can actually think that that's something wrong, you know, something wrong with you. And that's why integration is also a big part of my offering that I help people to understand of everything that happened and answer all the questions that they have. Right. And I think another question that we, you know, people have too is that, you know, energy work. Is it.
Does it fit with my religion? Right. So is it going to fit in with that? Is it different? Are you doing something to me that would be against my religion? And, and I can say because I've done it, you know, and I, I think meditation and prayer is probably. They're very similar in the, in the world of it's. I, you know, it's very, it's kind of the same in my mind. So all you're doing is, you know, you're listening to the music from the instruments, which I'm
going to ask you about the instruments. And so there's, there's sound and breathing and that's, that's all it is. And so your, your body is doing the work your body has to do, like to, to figure out what's there. And I know some, some of the work that I. Sorry to interrupt you. So I know some of the work that I had done early on was about the realization that was so strong to me, which, and it wasn't
breath work, but it was, it was energy based. It was about, you know, negative emotions are stored somewhere in your body, which is a lot of times why we get sick. Um, and it can be intuitive. Like, you know, I have a pain in my neck because there's a pain in my neck. There's a lot on my shoulders or your shoulders feel heavy. It's. I'm sick to my stomach. That makes me sick, you know, because of something or, you know, you got a headache
because like it's just too, you know, too much. So we kind of intuitively put our emotions in different parts of our body. And I know in breath work a lot of those can come out then like some of that, some of like what I experience is some of that releasing. Yes. And so someone like that and then, or. And some people then have really.
And I think I did too. I think I, I actually had some memories of, of not necessarily feeling like, you know, my father had passed, but not sure it's feeling like he was with me, but that he was present somehow. So. Yeah. Yes. I love, I love that you also experience that sounds really powerful. Thank you for sharing that. And I want to touch on what you mentioned about religions because a lot of people, you know,
come across and asking this question. And I specifically were thinking how I can help humanity from the very first moment when I were developing my offering and, and, and I, and I, and I being guided to develop my offering based on pure human abilities, which is we listen, we can listen music, everybody know what the sound and the vibration. So it's, it's an all religion, it's all interconnected. So there's no any sound that can
conflict with any of the religions. So and breath, if, if, if you are human, you breathing, animals breathe, plants breathe, you think. So that's, that's all. And literally that's all. And the last piece is integration is when we have a conversation. So those three pieces literally covering that just what we do is a pure human experience and that just make that program accessible to everybody with all backgrounds, all ethnicities
and all religions. Yes. And coming back to the second piece that you mentioned about how that can help to how just emotions and physical pain, they interconnected. When somebody, we feel any discomfort or pain anywhere in the body, while it happening on a physical level, it also connected through unprocessed emotions. So something happened either recently or long time ago that haven't been
processed. And when emotions have not been processed, they find in a random spot in the body and they create an attention there, kind of like a binary genetic element. And over time if that emotion persist and just like regularly being experienced in the life that created chronic pain in your body. And so that's why my approach is to do like from all levels. Like on the physical level when we breathe in and creating this energy work and processing emotions.
That's the number one aspect of the program that I always like to joke that my job is to make people cry because we don't cry enough. And crying is actually, it's a powerful way to process emotions, to release what's been there, to grieve, to like let it out. And after this process you feel lighter, bigger and just smile comes back.
Yeah, I think when you were talking I had the thought because like part of, part of my thought in doing this is not to get people who already do breath work to do more breath work, but to have it so that people who are like this sounds like I don't get it and I'm not comfortable with it to go, this is actually very normal and actually very needed. And you know, like with breath, like we hold our breath. I do this so much, I probably am the worst person in the world.
But why do I hold breath? It's because of, you know, it's probably from trauma from way back. And even today I cannot, I, I hold my breath. You know, it's an anxiety thing. You know, you're scared that something. So it's like your breath is, your breath is, is your life force. You don't, you don't breathe, you don't live.
So being focused on that and I, I do think in general, especially in our society, and this is a thought I had had, is that we're very uncomfortable with the thought of that our emotions live in our body and our spirituality lives in our body. So like this breath work, you're going to connect to, you know, eternal, you know, to, you know what I mean? Like something very much bigger than you.
And you're also going to connect to your emotions. And I think that's very uncomfortable for people, but it's actually the avenue that brings so much healing. Yeah. Because what I like to tell everybody who is even watching us that what's important to focus is on an outcome. You want to feel brighter, lighter, you want to feel motivated, you want to feel more energized, you want to feel just moving forward to receive clarity. So get all of that.
You need to process what's being in your body and never being addressed and never been processed. And through the program that I facilitated, actually a shortcut within two hours. Can you imagine that? Two hours? People say, one woman said 40 years of therapy, that she was working with a psychiatrist. She received a lot more benefit and process that accident that happened 40 years ago in her life in this program and she was fully transformed. And she's like, your life changed right there.
And so, and sure, it takes a little something, but it's not, you know, when we do that together in a group, it becomes a lot more easier. And what we do, we breathe. We breathe. And sure, while we breathe, while you breathe in, you might start feeling some emotions and then you get a chance to cry. I mean, easy way to process. And then we get a chance to make a sounds together that also easy to make together. And so there's a space that is just welcoming you to go through this sequence of
elements that feels all natural that you like. It goes so quick that you haven't realized what just happened. But like, oh, I feel so good and so great. Yes, I so agree. So tell us. Okay, we're gonna move on to the instruments. Why do you, why do you use the instruments? What are they and why did you choose them? Because there are some really cool instruments you use with this. Yeah, I have a good collection of instruments that I think you have some, right? You can show us what they
are. And yeah, I have. I have one that handy and I'm going to talk about that one in a. In a. In a moment. But just generally speaking, collection of instruments that I have flute and drums, which is like worldwide being in all cultures. And Joe harp also actually been in a lot of cultures. But the one that I use specifically Vargan, which is come just from Siberia where I was born. And I love this instrument so much as it's pure vibration is when we're
talking about vibration and what. How the music is vibrational and frequency. I could see how people can get lost in that language to understand what this frequency, what vibration, how it affects your body. And this instrument is just does it. And so I'm not sure how people will be able to receive through the camera, but watching video, you. They might still hear the sound. And I just want to say that in life it. It's just. You feel a
lot, a lot more. And I just wanna. Yeah, there is a. There is something in person, but I think hopefully they'll feel it a little bit through the. Yeah, let's get. Let's give it a try. So this instrument made out of steel and it has a tongue and this tongue vibrates. And so the. All the sounds and different sound elements that you're going to hear being made with my breath. And that's something I really appreciate. I call this breath instrument. So here you go. Okay.
It made me breathe deeper. I don't even understand. I don't even get it. I'm just like. I'm breathing. I feel so much better. Yeah. And when I play this instrument and also a lot, it just. I feel such a. Like it was maybe 20 seconds that I played and I feel just like a shift in my energy level. I feel like more present in something like shakes, you know. And then I'm like, oh, come came back more. Life kind of brings energy on the surface.
It's pretty cool. It is really cool, I think. And that's the thing that I have always found with this stuff is like, I don't know that I can explain it. I just, you know, you can experience it and you don't even know. You don't even exactly know why. And you don't really have to know why. And once it's explained to you and you do kind of understand it, you probably won't be able to tell people why. You know what I mean? You
might not be able to explain it to someone else. But like you experience it, it doesn't even matter if you don't understand it. It actually it will work
because it's just we're wired for it to work. And I want to, I want to mention something about instruments and the way that my engineering background helped me to develop certain periods in, in the program that I played specific instruments because when I study each of them I. I discovered that each of them have a certain frequency and the certain frequency allow us to trigger a certain emotions. So other way to say some instruments helps you to process
some emotions. High frequency instruments help you to feel more peace, serenity and like more earth instruments help you to kind of like trigger some crying and just get more grounded. And so based on that knowledge, I developed the program where it's like take you through this rooms of. Of those elements and that's how we. That also allows and helps to process necessary emotions to release all the tensions and stagnancy from the body to help people feel better.
Yeah. That's so fascinating. And you do these in groups. So do you do a lot of individual work? Because I know, I feel like you've. From what you say is easier, like the energy is better in a group. What is your feel on that? Why did, why do you like those better? I do work individually as well. It's just more expensive and not everybody can afford it. But yeah, working so group. So a group makes it more easier for more people to, to take part in it is kind of what you
mean because then the price is lower. So more people can participate versus working with you one on one. Is that kind of. Exactly. So it's just more accessible to all like spectrum of people with variety of budgets. And yeah, my work, it's event price, it's. It's very affordable compared to. It's lower than if you go to Dr. For a visit. So the two hours of this therapy, it's less than a Dr. Appointment visit. And so my idea just and passion to help humanity with, from you know,
with, from. With all the backgrounds I want to say. Right, right. Yeah. And just for legal purposes, we aren't telling you not to go to the doctor. We're just giving you a method to, to help heal yourself. So it's a holistic way to heal and support yourself. More energetic. Like sure, maybe you can understand less but like what's important is outcome. And I have like thousands of testimonials of people sharing about their experiences.
Yes. Even how you said about physical pain that it's quite often I now ask at the beginning, at the end and soon I'm going to take service. I want to have an actual statistics of that. Oh, that's a good idea. Yeah. To kind of see exactly what it was. Yeah. And we. We do have a testimonial. I think this might be. I don't know if it was exactly right when I was going to say it, but yeah. Erica in our back room is. She has a. Has can get that up for us.
And you have a lot. We'll play one. I'm going to talk a little bit while she gets it rolling. But you have a lot of testimonials. So there's so many. And I know this because I went through them all on video as I was. Because you did some. I. I do advertising in my. For the listeners in my regular job. And so we did some of that for the 2024 tour. And so I listened to all these testimonials and there's way more than I could possibly put into
minute commercial. There were so many people who were just you know is blown away really from the different things that they did. Every. Every experience is so individual and every. Your experience also be different from. Even if you come to my program once again, you're gonna have a whole new experience. And it's why I like to put kind of like variety of spectrum testimonials for people to. To hear what's possible and
what other people experience. In your class, I don't remember in your program, do you. You have some things where you put an intentionality, right. Like you're. We're breathing and you say put an intention. Like put your intention to where the pain is or in certain part of your body. You do that too, right? Am I remembering correctly? So, so explain that. Explain like why. Why that works like the
intention putting intention in different places. Well, I want to say that over the years and time I. I develop like a program that is combination of different elements that we do. And every workshop is actually a different practice and technique that I release and let people to use to depending of what I feel from the room and what's, what's. What's needed. And the one that you talk about. Yeah,
just. It's a natural way of releasing the tension the physical pain in the body through just breathing intention and collective energy and just that certain vibration. So it's all like different elements that plays a role that when it's all together it allows for that to happen and to be facilitated. And so when we breathe it helps to have this natural energy work means that you inhale, your body moves up, you exhale, your belly goes in. So you move kind of your
parts of your body. And so that just allows for, for energy to naturally move. Breath is the energy as well. And so with the programs you like oxygenate your body in the level a little bit more that you normally receive oxygen and and that just opens up different areas in your body and kind of like moves the stagnancy in places that you experience some pain and non processed emotions. It hits there. And when it hits that breath hits there, the news might start feeling sadness out of
nowhere. Sometimes it might connect to the vision and you might see something like I saw my grandparents. I start crying because I miss them, I love them. And it just with instant hit. But sometimes you can cry without any specific reason. But the process, it happens and then that stagnancy being released and then you feel no pain or no discomfort in that area. Hi everybody. I'm
Ty Hamilton. I'm a local entrepreneur here in Oklahoma City. I just completed the breath mystery experience with Igor and I tell you it was remarkable. I have had an amazing spiritual journey starting about four years ago leading me all the way down the path to the Amazon jungle, sitting with shaman and participating in plant medicine. It brought me down this incredible journey that I'm on right now. It was very incredible to also find a lot of those similarities in the breath mystery
experience itself. And that's without any plant medicine that is just within our own bodies. And the music and the sound and the meditations that Igor guides you through, it was absolutely incredible and life changing. So moving forward, I am going to share this news with everybody and, and when he comes back to Oklahoma City, you better believe I will be there. And I hope to see you too. I love that. Was that, was that part of your 2024 tour that you were just on? Let me see. I think that.
No, it's actually. It was most recently to. In January. Yeah. That I went back to mainland and I. It was Tulsa, Oklahoma and Texas and. Good. So I haven't asked you about the, the tour throughout the US and where did you go? What inspired you to do that? To go around the country bringing your breath work workshop to people? Yeah, because I've been doing this work for a long time kind of like locally and with the short trips I knew that the time would
come for me to do that. And specifically I knew it's going to be, it's going to happen with a few years. But however I went to do a plant medicine ceremony. And during that ceremony I receive like a vision, the prophecy when I've been told that next year I'll be doing the tour cross country. And so that put me in a position of like, oh my God, it's like next year already and start kind of
like getting ready a lot. I start getting ready a lot faster and there's a lot more things support supposed to happen for me to. In order to do that in you know, website and logistically and. And so on and on and on. It was a giant enormous amount of work and that I was getting myself ready for. And also I felt called to or like I felt that that's time that I need to bring this program to. To United States to like people because that's. It's not this year then
when. So there's some sense of urgency that this is a time and. And I put all forces that I had to make that happen. And I went on the cross country tour last year starting in June, starting in Colorado and I went to 3:30 states and I got a chance to work with few, few thousands of people. And yeah, it was very inspiring experience, very awesome. So you were like all the way from New York to Florida to Reno, which is. We're on the other side of the country.
And a lot of you were a lot of places you in a lot of. A lot of states. It was more like Colorado in Oklahoma, Texas and then New Mexico, Arizona, California. Then I went to Nevada, Reno, the Idaho and. And then like through north of the country, Wyoming and then when I went to Minneapolis and like New York and Chicago, Boston, Washington and I went all the way south to Florida and from Florida I came back to Oklahoma City. Yeah, it's been.
So if someone's listening to this and they're like I am in way too much pain to wait for you to try to come back to my city or come to my city. Yeah. Do you have online things that people can join and what do you. What do you feel like is a difference between online or in person? I do. Yeah. Once in a while I host Breath Mystery Virtual Experience for people to just have a taste of my program. And also it's quite beneficial to experience just like from the comfort of your home. So
online and live. I feel like they all have their pros and cons, you know. And I like to work and offer to people the good balance and to have both, you know, so. Meaning that like sure. When people experience life then they can continue practicing online. And I don't do that too often. But it's just enough for people to continue processing what need to be processed so they can feeling grounded and inspired and clear on. On a daily basis. And. And of course, when
I travel and you, you're gonna. You can sign up to my email list or follow on social media for breath mystery. So you get a chance to see when I'm coming to your city. You get a chance to experience life. But right now I'm actually in the process of launching a new program and. We have a little. Let's talk about it. And we have a little video that created. That's all music, but it's very cool. So we'll launch that fast. Let me just say a few words and then we play that video. Yeah,
go ahead, Go ahead. Yeah, I just want to say that. That the new program, because people been asking me and it's my life work that I put together the four weeks program. And I'm gonna go more in depth after the video. But now to introduce that Codex of Liberation and Four Keys to a New Reality. Okay, yes, let's play that video. Okay. Beautiful. So in the video you could see the different codes that coming in and out. And that's just kind of like to represent like what codex is. Because codex is
kind of like a book of quotes knowledge. Right. So that you can access. So this program is rooted in scientific research and ancestral knowledge. This program merges years of mastery in psychology, emotional intelligence, breath work, sound therapy, all the other altered state of consciousness. And that's all woven into transformative journey for just the modern way of living as I've been exploring and finding, you know, ancestral knowledge in like ancient knowledge.
And I could see how some of them, you know, it's hard to like have them in the modern life because the world changed so much. Right. And so my focus was how to adapt that knowledge to modern life. And so that's in the program. So it's not just about like breathing or music. It's a profound study of just unlocking the hidden codes within something that everybody has there, but it's kind of like dormant and forgotten. And I'm helping you to just rewire your entire system
to a new version of yourself. So that's fascinating. Yeah, I want to just. Okay, go ahead a little more. That there's just drawing from Siberian ancestral traditions where I'm from, and living wisdom of Hawaii where I live. So all that work, it just carries the remembrance of ancient pathways into the heart. Just a new reality. It's all also enhanced with the sound, the latest sound engineering and few pieces that I want to mention about that there's tuned to 432H and layered with
the bineal beats. It's a frequency. It's a frequency that's scientifically designed to activate, healing, promote inner balance, and release any deep emotional imprints. Great. Yeah, I love it. Now, I've heard some of these terms, but, like, I don't even know if I could explain them. So. Binaural beats. Am I saying that right? Binaural beats. Well, yeah, the idea is it's just the latest sound engineering. I feel like that's kind of that little language
people can understand. And in the program. Yeah, in the program, I'm laying everything out with additional information that people can actually see the actual scientific study. You know, quite often we talk about those scientific researches, but nobody ever see them. And people. Some people might question, you know, like, is that true? You know, they really exist. And so I'm actually bringing them to the surface. So for people from, like, official websites, so
people can actually see it with. With their eyes and read it and educate themselves. Yeah. I'm educator, a teacher. I study so much, and what I do now, I'm just sharing all the available knowledge that is there and empowering humanity. And I'm just. My pure intention is for people to live their best life and feel their best versions. Yeah. And I do think our. Our society has forgotten what. What we
were just not very long ago. And it's been a very fast change to where, you know, historically, in the whole time the Earth has been the Earth, we can look up in the sky and see all the stars. And now we don't because of light. You know, there's too much light in our. Where we're living, unless we're, you know, out in the country. And, you know, we. We had our feet on the ground and so there's grounding and we don't do that at all anymore.
So even with the rubber in our shoes means we don't connect to the Earth and we're not listening to the birds at sunrise. I got up and. And I filmed the birds at sunrise today because I think I'm gonna put that in. In kind of a video for this thing. But just all these things in that are. That are part of nature and we're designed to be a part of that. We are very disconnected from it. You know, we don't hear the sounds that are
very soothing sounds at nighttime. And in the morning, we don't feel the breeze as much we don't put our feet on the ground. And I know there is. This is not necessarily. This isn't breath work, but it just kind of goes into, like, we need to get. We need to get connected back to. We're so disconnected from who we are. We're connected. Disconnected from ourselves. We're connect. Disconnected from nature. We're disconnected from people. We're disconnected from. From ourselves.
So I think part of. Of what you do so powerfully is just taking breath, you know, like, and it's not normally we just shallow breathe. So with you, it's like. I would almost call it somewhat aggressive breathing. Like, you're like in, down, hold it, you know, it's. It's like. And then we do faster and faster and faster and faster. When you kind of start like. Like feeling like you're gonna cry, but it really. It's just like all of a sudden you're like, what is this? Who knew that
this was in me? I was not. I have not been connected enough to who I am really, to even know this. And that's. That's modern life with lights and heat and air conditioning and screens. You know, we're just in front of a screen and we're so completely disconnected from. Yeah, well, let me talk to that. Okay. Because I can. I can relate to it because I have a different phases of my life. When I moved to a big city and that
disconnection started happening. And then when I realized that and I moved back to the nature, that's why I moved to Hawaii, because so connected to the nature. Everything that you talk about. And now I'm bringing those pieces or many elements that you mentioned. I also like to talk about in my social media, in. Even in the guided journeys that I facilitate for people, I allow them to connect more to the nature elements
because we are nature. All our grandparents and ancestors just been living there in the villages. Right before the urbanization, before the television and that entertainment came in, we all been entertaining each other by sitting at the table and singing songs. Right. So. And while that was a period of time when vinyls came out and people start listening, they start forgetting how to sing. There's a whole generation, including my parents, who already were not seeing it because they were more
listening. And so that's interesting. Yeah. So now my big part of my mission is also to bring this back. And I teach people in my program how to use your voice just in a new way. And it's not necessarily about singing. It's just more using your voice outside of speaking. And Making different sounds to help you to process, to connect to that, connect to your ancestors. And sure, a lot of people also like to sing their favorite songs while they're listening. And that is awesome.
And please sing as much as you can and want. And if you, if you don't like to sing, just make sounds. Just make sounds. I love it. And you know. Yeah. Because if you're, if you're skipping and singing, you're not sad. You know, it's impossible. You can't skip and sing and, and be sad. So there's something to like, kind of what we do for sure.
And then in your program, so there's part of it where you. Where you just like kind of like all together, do a scream, where you're releasing emotions together. And I remember you saying you didn't. You didn't necessarily want people just kind of on their own to feel like they needed to release kind of that anger. We wanted to do it all together so that it doesn't interrupt anyone else's experience in a group. Because I think the main reason. But
I find that very powerful. Yeah, I think. And as a woman, as a woman, really, we're really trained to swallow anger. And I think that can cause a lot of cancer. It can cause all kinds of things, swallowing anger. So I just thought maybe you could talk on that for a second. I have to say that I actually have a really good friend who got cancer and a big discovery. And I've been with her on that journey for a year. Just like over the phone. She's my really good, close friend. And so just being.
Just witnessing her process and all of that. Exactly what you said. The biggest part that I see, that she has no tools to process your emotions, process your anger. And when I work with her individually, like I was prompting her to make a sound and she were having all the stories how she cannot make any sound. And to make a sound, it is to process, to release emotions. It's just like, like, I really like how you said about emotions and, and not just women. Men do that as well. We all
like, tend to. To hold that this up. And so in the program that I facilitate, I design, there is a certain way we do that together, collectively, in a way that is not distractful to everybody else. Because if everybody does that in their own time, it might be very chaotic. And I've been developing a program that suits everybody and that it's more contained and it's. We do things kind of like in a certain way that just facilitates that in. With a lot More ease and. And. And is ease and
ease. Yeah. No, and that's really good. And I know too like you said with the voice and singing. Just another thought on that as I know when I was going through a time when I was being really psychologically terrified, you know, I would say abused or worse that I lost my singing voice. I couldn't sing for years, inquire and stuff like that. So like recently I started singing again. I'm like, that's got to be a good sign. Yeah, like gotta be a good sign. Like I literally couldn't
sing. Yeah. And so it's a. I guess that's a testimony to how the emotions will latch in your voice and in your. In your breathing. You know, I want to say that like the. What I facilitate. It's my healing journey because all these elements, I went through them and when we don't speak what we have to say and quite often we all been in those situations that we wanted to say and we didn't feel comfortable for a variety of reasons feeling afraid or can't or like in
my. In my. My case I didn't. I wasn't speaking fluently for a long time. So I couldn't express myself fully. And so it was just keep holding myself back. So I had a lot of problems in the past with my voice speaking, just even speaking and speaking in a loud or crowded places. Like if the time that I used to go in the bars and just to socialize, within few minutes I would lose my voice because I wasn't using my vocal properly and my
breath wasn't connected. And so when I realized that something is happening and I hire a coach so he taught me what's been happening and he connected all those pieces so I was able to at least speak. And singing it was never on my radar. While I was meaning that I loved I inside I always love to sing. But there is like whenever we go to karaoke with friends, I would never felt comfortable to take a microphone. Anytime I try to take a higher note, I would get like a
block. It's almost something. Somebody holding my throat so I can't get out and it feels like it burning there. So it's hurting. So literally have to stop. And just what you mentioned about your throat and it's a lot of people experiencing that throughout the world. Suppression of emotions and speech being happened generationally. And because of that we all have like a lot of most people have these issues and that's. That's one of the big reason the vocalization. It's Part of the program to just
open that channel up again. And like, in many cases, people reflect back to me what you just mentioned, that I just forgot that I used to sing. And it was so liberating to feel my voice, to feel my power once again. And she, like people, like feeling inspired to continue this journey, like opening the voice up again. Because I wish and I pray for everybody to connect to their true voice. Because we want you to speak. To speak your truth and be empowered to
speak your truth. Yes. Yeah. And not swallow it because you don't feel safe or you feel like you're not going to be accepted or. Yeah. Or you just, you know, you're too. It's too outside the box or whatever it is. So I, I very much appreciate that and I just, I really wanted you on because I'm like, I just want this to become something that becomes more normal in society where it's just like an easy thing you can do to.
It is pretty easy. You know, you just go lay on your mat for a couple hours and, and follow your instructions and you leave going, wow. Yeah, that was, that was easy. You know, like how much. How much more grounded and. And how much better you feel, you know, just after two hours of literally laying on your mat, listening, doing what you tell us to do. Exactly. So that piece and also online world allow us to have this accessible nowadays, which
is I feel like, what a gift. And back in the days you had to travel to different countries, country to experience something, you know, transformative to different state, drive, fly wherever it takes. How much more expenses that takes also to do that. Not everybody could afford it. Now you can. Everybody have Internet. And if you don't, you can go to a public
library. You have Internet. And so you have access to such a profound experiences that you can tune in like online through Internet from the comfort of your home space, wherever you live. And that makes that so accessible to everybody. Yeah, for sure. So to kind of. To kind of wrap it all up. Tell us what's different. You have this new program coming in July. Tell us what's different in it. And then I want to know how people can get a hold of you and how
they can follow you. Yes. Well, the program that's coming up, so it's. It's a combination of variety of elements that I mentioned. And I want to say it's also the experience kind of like, how would I say that?
It's a culmination of years of education, collaboration with extraordinary psychiatrists who came to my workshops, scientists that I Work with vocalists, different master teachers that I came across and knowledge that gathered from last year cross country tour 2024 that I got a chance to work of thousands of people and see the patterns and see what all humanity going through. It's all goes in the
cycles and it's all very similar. And the program based on to help to facilitate that release, transformation and decoding all the primary trauma imprints, healing ancestral lines. Something that in us from our grandparents and parents and all those old beliefs, processing grief and loss and abundance and self love connect to all of that. Bring it together
to like activate you. Yeah. And I. And I've read that that science about how stuff that happened to your parents, grandparents, great grandparents, maybe beyond gets encoded in your DNA. Yeah. It holds on the scientific, you know, scientific stuff. And so like that's. That's what you're talking about, you know when you say that. Yeah. It is on our unconscious level that is just happening on the background
until we realized that. Just a very quick example like we from my grandparents who went through the war and there was a lot of things that not available, not accessible. So they learned how to save everything like plastic, like plastic bags and just different canes. You know, they were like collecting just in case because who knows. And so that been happening to me for many years and each like into my friends who came from the same place that I did. And we like opened under the same place a
full of bags. It took me a moment to realize that like. Yes. That just what my grandmother was doing it. And I don't have to do that anymore. I let me use just one, one simple bag that I'm gonna go to grocery shopping and I don't need to use bags in general. It plastic in general. Yet more healthy, more holistic. Yeah. And that's the USA too. Because I know like my mom who's raised by the. The World War II generation, the greatest generation they call it here, but she.
I have this memory of her, you know, because a child they. If you unwrapped a present, you put that wrapping paper and used it again. And I remember her just almost like gathering up the wrapping paper and throwing it away. Like there was an emotional thing to that that she can. She's not keeping this, you know, like, like, you know, that is an example I think of of stuff that's passed through. That's a kind of a simple example but for
sure. How can people find you? And I want to say thank you so much for doing this. And I just want people to go find you and go experience this. And even if it still seems like I've you've never done anything like this before in your life and it seems woo woo. It is woo woo because energy work is woo woo. But it's. That's what works. So but just do what works. Your T shirt woo woo works. I I have to clarify. No, no, no, no. There's no. Well I'm just. I'm not. I don't know that
it is. It's just as people say that you know what I'm saying? It is actually there's nothing woo woo there everything because I've been very mindful of that and that's why everything that I bring is great grounded in the scientific research studies. And so I show and help people to educate them to see how that energy work connected to what's being discovered.
So it's actual just a thing. You know the breath and how it affects your emotional body, how it helps you to process your emotions and vocalizations so things that you do together. Because I came across just the woo woo term could mean a lot and back in the days who knows what people practice. There's a lot in it and I actually not associated with it because my practice is very clean, very clear, very just grounded to this world, to this body, to us together. And so people.
People can find me on social media. So Instagram and YouTube is @BreathMystery and I believe we're gonna have a captions too. You can see it and on the Facebook is @MysteryBreath and Also website is www.BreathMystery.com. very simple. All. All the same. And you can also reach out through email which is in hell like breathing. Okay. @BreathMystery.com and so any way that people can reach out through social media, messaging or email. It's all available and I or my assistant will get back to
you in timely matter. Yeah, that sounds great and thank you for clarifying how deeply rooted this is in science because it is and it's just I think it's not the science people have heard so they don't quite grasp it. But it is based in scientific studies and it works. So yeah. And I like
that you bring in all those pieces because there is. People are thinking all of that and we get a chance if we have this opportunity to actually clarify to people actually deeper understand that that is accessible and available to everybody to just. To all to just humans. So we can just evolve together better, brighter future. Yes. And you don't. You don't have to be scared of your emotions. I think that's the other thing is like, emotions can be scary. We don't know what's going
to come out. It's all going to come out and no one's going to care because they're going to be having their own experience sooner. Sooner. The truth is that sooner or later they going to come out. And so unprocess emotions that show themselves ourselves in the form of anger where we blow up like screaming and like usually into our significant one. People like, what did I do? You know, it's just like the person is screaming at you because of all the baggage that we're holding on and we don't
have a facility to process them. So that's. That's where I on the journey on. On the mission to bring this facility for people to process that. So then you feel liberated, you feel free and you feel happy and more joy. Yeah, absolutely. Or you get sick and we don't want either of those things. We don't want you screaming at people in anger and we don't want you sick. Yes. Yeah. No sickness, just healthy, awesome life. Supporting, connecting, loving each other and
yeah, celebrating for sure. Healthy, happy, wise, wealthy. Yes. So all right. Enjoy to have this conversation. I really appreciate. Yeah. Can't wait for you to come back to Reno. So are you taking care you guys check out Igor and we will see you next time. Thank you all for listening and yes. Yeah, please check out all that we shared and be well. Breathe deep. I needed that.
