healthy but navigating the hard times (my pregnancy loss story)

today I'm sharing what's really been going on in my life with losing my baby at 11 weeks and going to the ER 3 times. my goal with this episode is to help you feel less alone if you're going through grief, loss or pain and bring a lil' bit of God's love and light into the tough situations <3 ILY xx Cal

These verses have been helping me a lot lately:

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalms 23: 1-4
