Vince is someone whom I consider a friend. He recently started up Case Specific Meal Prep (https://www.csmppgh.com/) and I was happy to get a chance to sit down with him and have a chat about it. 

I know this opportunity has filled a void for Vince. He is extremely passionate about this business and my hope is that this conversation further helps the audience understand the immense value of a meal prep service. I do honestly think, meal prep delivery services will give grocery stores a battle for market share over food in the coming years.
