We take on the question - is sugar more addictive than cocaine? There has been a large push on this narrative and so thus it is our duty to get into the science and discuss this issue. We are definitely in a low carb trend cycle currently, and so it is extremely easy to demonize carbohydrates and sugar in the current climate, but is the demonization valid?
