Dane Wanniarachige, Physician/Medical Journalist: Improving Health Care for the Homeless

Our podcast today is with Dane Wanniarchige  a Physician Resident from Bangor Maine, who has allowed us to share his audio documentary on serving the homeless in Bangor Maine. In his documentary he interviews clients and providers who share their experiences with health care systems. Dane recognizes that the Social Determinants of Health have a greater impact on health outcomes, and he advocates for our health systems to improve their care models to better serve our most vulnerable populations.
