Matt Schwartz founded Virgo to improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows in endoscopy with automation and AI tools. It was a logical progression from seeing videos of surgeries as a kid and then working in the field at NuVasive and Intuitive Surgical.

And yes, this is the same guy who invented a penile implant for his senior engineering project.
