Health Speak?

Penny Terry

In our 3rd Season of Health Speak, Penny Terry goes looking for those key life-skills that we need to live well through a pandemic (with others and within our own minds)! Over five episodes, this season will go beyond hand hygiene and the basics of social distancing to discover what other key skills people are using to 'deal' with this pandemic... and successfully get on with their lives. So if you could do with some tips on how to cope with change and uncertainty, work out what 'self-care' really means (and actually fit it into your day-to-day), or if you're wondering how to politely ask someone to 'stick to the rules' and nail that conversation respectfully - then this is the podcast for you. Or perhaps you're keen to find out how to maintain good habits (and drop the bad ones) that you started during isolation, or need to take a fresh view of your pandemic-budget, well we've got you covered. Plus, we'll pick up some skills to manage pandemic-exhaustion and how we can continue to care even if sometimes COVID-19 feels 'gone'. As she does, Penny will cut through the really complex stuff, so you can leave each conversation knowing you can be helpful rather than helpless..
