In Episode 23 of The Real Food Reel I introduce you to Renee Trost, our Naturopath at The Natural Nutritionist. Renee comes with a wealth of experience as both an elite athlete and tertiary qualified Naturopath. Renee made her first Australian representative team in the sport of hockey at age 15, travelling to New Zealand to play in the ‘Rose Quaid’ Cup. Her last game was in Margaret River, Western Australia, against China at the age of 30. Today on the show we learn from Renee’s journey as an elite athlete and how she excelled in her chosen sport for 15 years. We also share with you how Renee can help you personally with your nutrition and performance goals.
