Episode description

In today’s episode of The Real Food Reel we explore dysbiosis and how to create balance in your internal ecosystem. We teach you how to develop an appropriate gut health strategy including food, probiotics, prebiotics, resistant starch and if and when supplements are required. We explore testing, parasites, under growths of beneficial bacterial strains, pathogenic bacterial overgrowths and increased intestinal permeability. You will learn about parasites, the importance of treating parasites in conjunction with biofilm, and why we must separate “normal” from “common”.  We cover symptoms including poor sleep quality, poor training recovery, constipation, diarrhoea, impaired cognitive function, mental health challenges, behavioural issues and so much more.
