Episode description

In today’s episode we are joined by Cliff Harvey to explore the current landscape with regards to COVID-19 – what positive opportunities the last one to two years has provided us, or, alternatively, what the other direction, of fear, has created. We explore the failings of public health, a system that rewards consumerism and materialism and what needs to change to create health, and mostly importantly, happiness. Cliff shares with us some upcoming research, and the hypothesis that specific nutrient deficiencies involved with “long COVID” may also help us understand why some experienced adverse events, and others do not. We also start to explore how a difference of opinion is possible and that two opposing truths may exist at the same time, so please, keep this in mind as you tune in today.
