If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you’ve always got. I get frustrated when I see people who do the same workouts over and over with the same amount of weight for the same amount of reps. These are usually the first people to complain about not seeing results even though they are working out consistently. You have to consistently challenge yourself and do things you’ve never done if you want to reach your goals. Progressive Overload is one of the most important principles of training.
