Episode description
This week Martyn's ex-client and now fellow counsellor Ali Goldie talks about not knowing who she was, or how she got into marriage and motherhood, to now (finally) being free to be who she found she is on the other side of therapy. They discuss the importance of prioritising the changing needs of their unique relationship with each other, and why pushing boundaries and challenging convention can be deeply fulfilling.
