Episode description

In this special solocast with Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang, she shares the definition of loving-kindness otherwise known as metta. Inspired by the work of world renown meditation teacher, Sharon Salzberg, she discusses the components of loving kindness as encompassing compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. Ni-Cheng shares her story of how she came to loving-kindness practice and how she practices it daily.  Through intention, curiosity, and practice you too can incorporate loving-kindness into your life. She ends the podcast with a loving-kindness meditation for the world.
