Episode description

There is a deep longing in our country to be able to show up differently for our stuff and our lives and to make changes.  And it feels very hard to do so. In this episode, we share how mindfulness is a key component to success.  And how minimalism is a state of mind, a mindset.

Mindful minimalism requires you to pause and be present, notice and be aware, and move forward with intention and without judgment.  Mindfulness helps distill your experiences and thoughts into a way that provides a clear lens from which you view your world and decisions.

Connecting with how you want to feel in life is a powerful guiding light when moving forward towards a more minimalist life.

Developing a mindful practice and mindful coaching can help you see what is holding you back and keeping you.
