Inspired by a mindfulness exercise Dr. Liang led at the Mindful Healers Connect in Nature Retreat.

A solocast exploring how lines may show up in our lives,

and where it may benefit us to color outside the lines,

remove or have no lines. 

 

Ni-Cheng shares how lines have shown up in her life, identity, and roles, and where mindfulness, self-compassion, and playful curiosity have helped in changing lines that no longer serve.  

She shares recent developments as an Integrative Medicine trained pulmonologist in how she is coloring outside the lines in her practice of medicine. 

She encourages all to color outside the lines, starting with each of us, which in turn can help make the world a better place.
