Episode description

Serendipiti Day is a radical feminist who has spent the last ten years of her life hitchhiking all over the world, mostly by herself.

Her passion for women's work was influenced by her childhood, when she experienced firsthand what it meant to be exploited because of her sex. At the age of 12, she was taken out of a sexually abusive home and put into the foster care system, where she stayed until she aged out.  From there, she launched herself into the world, visiting over 40 countries, witnessing what womanhood looks like all around the world.

We talk about the importance of understanding what menopause looked like for our elders, miscarriage, abortion, and forced birth control within the foster care system.
