Energy Healing with Sheri Denomme

In this episode, I had an intriguing conversation with Sheri Denomme, a registered integrated holistic therapist that uses traditional counseling and holistic practices to help her clients heal. We discussed the miraculous experience that most people have when they experience Energy Healing in healing physical and emotional pain. We discussed what it is, how it works, what the 7 chakras are, and how they store specific information. She shared how she combines this with traditional counseling to help uncover core issues. We also discussed the energetic power that crystals have, that like energy healing,  that can only be explained and believed when experienced. Healing is a journey, a journey that takes time and the use of different modalities that when combined, can take healing to the next level!
