Let it go, you deserve to grow

What is guilt?? What is shame?? Do you feel ashamed or shameful of some your past actions before your internal level up in life? Or.... Do you pled guilty to the charge of life lessons? There's a difference and it's makes a difference in how you perceive the lesson in life. And how you perceive the lesson manifests into how you heal from the lesson...
