When it comes to getting real results in your health and life, it does require you to make a real shift in your mind & energy... but that is where a lot of people fall short.  Instead of creating a real shift, or programming their mind, they erroneously are trying to get the information in to the wrong part of their brain.  Not only that, but in many cases people are getting information into their minds that is keeping them from taking the actions they need to take their lives to the next level.  Today's episode will be VERY insightful for a lot of people!  

In today's episode we discuss: 

* A simple exercise that you can do to start lifting your energy now.

* A common mistake that a lot of people make that is catastrophic for their life. So, instead of taking their life to the next level, they end up sabotaging the results that they otherwise COULD have in their life. 

* Gain a deeper level of understanding on how your mind works and what you need to do to get results in your life.
