Florence specializes in the physical and scientific effects of our body when experiencing a breakup. She talks about what is going on in our body, and how our brain is responding to the pain we are feeling. We can all relate and understand that there is something physical happening, through the immense pain we are experiencing through our heartbreak. She talks more in-depth about how our immune system is impacts, what happens in our brain, and how loneliness feels physically & painfully uncomfortable.
