In today's expert episode, I had the chance to interview psychologist Guy Winch. He is vastly known for his ted talk How To Fix A Broken Heart. In this episode we talk about the experience of heartbreak and why it is just so painful, but also why as a society we don't recognize how truly painful the experience of heartbreak can really be. We talk more about why we obsess on our ex, or obsess over closure and the possibility of getting back together. Guy is an expert on heartbreak, and there is just so much goodness in this episode, I'm honored to have him as our guest!
