Heal Chat

Lizzie and Michelle are Licensed Clinical Therapists working with women, ages 21-55, living with everyday stressors, anxiety, depression and/or going through significant life transitions.  Given they work with similar clients and have many of the same interests, they joined together to create Heal Chat to provide women with strategies and suggestions to feel more balanced, accomplished and successful in their lives.  Each episode will cover a common clinical topic such as: coping, self esteem, stress or a transitional life stage, beginning with post college and moving through to the empty nest.
