Rayceen is an event host, inspirational speaker, social media personality, freelance columnist, former ANC (Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner), parent, and self-described gender-blender. Rayceen was one of the founding members of the DC chapter of the Legendary House of Pendarvis and was involved with organizing what would later be known as DC Black Pride.
