Everyone. He said Aado listeners, thank you so much for all your support. We are so grateful for you and being on this journey with us. And we are going to be off for Thanksgiving, but I want to wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving with your family on behalf of myself and Roslin. We wish you all the very best and you'll get Roslin back on the flip side of Thanksgiving. So enjoy the time with the family, take in all those blessings, be thankful for what you have.

We are definitely thankful for you. And to follow this Thanksgiving a holiday message, I want to send you off on your way with a few new cocktail recipes that we have here at Palm Republic for this holiday season. Now, I'm going to start off with one of my favorites, hands down in old fashion, but this is an honominal rum, old fashion something for the season. Two ounces of Palm Republic aged rum, half ounds apple cider reduction, and four dashes of black walnut bitters. Now and all that all

sounds delicious, but this is how you make it. You smoke a glass with a cinnamon stick, which is an amazing twist. Using a mixing glass, combine your rum, your reduction, and your bitters. Stir for twenty rotations. It can be less than twenty, but twenty is what the mixologists is saying, and pour over a large rock in your smoked glass. Garnish with apple, slice, cherry and a little burnt cinnamon.

The one you use to smoke the glass. Delicious. That's going to be a hit for sure at the holiday parties. The next one I'd like to share with you all is a basic witch two ounces Palm Republic silver rum, half ounce the core forty three half ounce pumpkin spice syrup I love that already, and one ounce pineapple juice. Now for this, you're gonna go ahead and combine the ingredients over crushed ice a little more specific there with the ice, Shake until frothy, and return to the glass

top with fresh grated nutmeg and pineapple fronds. That's gonna look good and taste good, I can tell you right now. I'm excited about that drink. Now. A third one on our list for the holidays is the My Oh My. Now. This is a winter take on the classic tiki cocktail. This one is one and a half ounce of Palm Republic aged rum, three quarter ounce of orange brandy Granngala, half ounce of macadamia or John and a half ounce

of fresh lime juice with two ounces of cranberry juice. Now, this is a situation where you're gonna combine all the ingredients and shake it really hard. Just shake it up, Shake it up, shake it up, strain over fresh ice, and garnish with mint and a little dehydrated orange if you have it. One thing I enjoy about this holiday time right is the food. And also I love playing bartender, so I get to sit back try a few different cocktails just to have some fun with friends and family

that are over. And there's nothing better than being able to do this with your own rum when you have it. So I encourage you all to try. If you don't have any Palm Republic, obviously you can use what you have, but more importantly, maybe you should get some Palm Republic so you know, go to our website Palm Republic rum dot com. You'll see a bunch of other recipes on there as well. But one thing we pride ourselves is trying to do classic simple cocktails not you know that

don't require too many ingredients. Now, a couple of these here were a little less than the other ones. The mile may has a few more ingredients. But you know what you can. You can have fun and do it your way and have it for the season. So be safe, drink responsibly. But I think this is a great way to spend the time with the family for the ones who can enjoy a cocktail. I know I'm going to be sitting back this holiday season. My wife is cooking

up a storm. She is going to be doing. It's a nice We're doing like a blend of an American and a Puerto Rican Thanksgiving. So with Porto rics, you gotta have some rum, so I'll do all that. But we'll also be doing our turkey Puerto Rican style and some Phoston and everything that I love during this time of year. So I hope you all have the best time with the family with the friends, celebrating and and

living up this break to the fullest. You know, make it special, make it count, and then we jump into the next holiday when it gets here, and we'll have more drink specials for you at that time. But again, everybody, I appreciate you. Thank you so much again for all your support with the podcast. This is you know, a little bit of a break for us, but you know, my wife is back in town, like I said before, and we can't wait to start getting back on track

with he said, a yadiho. No more of just he said. But we'll get some more man gave episodes. We'll get some more rookie lunches. I was promising that this last time around, and we didn't get to make any happen. But we are going to work to get some of those on the books for sure, and some other great guests that will come our way on the show. So we're excited to share what's going to go off into you know, to wrap up twenty twenty four and to set us off on the right foot for the new year.

But we have a ways, We have a ways. Some time will tell for all of that. So enjoy, have fun with these recipes, and again, thank you for all of your support. We're sending you a lot to love. We are truly thankful for all your listeners and we appreciate each and every one of you. All right, all the best, thanks for listening. Don't forget to write us a review and tell us what you think.
