49 years old Rob Culbertson, showed up at the sting house on his bike. He began chatting with a decoy named "Witheld", who pretended to be a thirteen year old boy. Rob lies about his age and says he is 40 when he was really 49. He tries to persuade the decoy to leave his house. The decoy later suggests that they meet at the sting house. Rob was considered a "fast mover", as it just took him an hour and thirteen minutes from when he contacted the decoy to arriving at the sting house.
