Mastering Image & Reputation: Effective Management Techniques

Last time in the Business Nook, we talked about customer service and retention. This week, I want to focus on reputation and Image management.

I touched on this in the last episode as well but I want to go a little deeper.

Research shows that you have 0.05 seconds to make an impression. I know for me, I go off of aesthetic first. Sorry, not sorry. If you don’t care to put enough into your physical presentation, what makes me believe that you will put effort into your services? What makes me believe that you will take the time to care and cater to me as a client?

You HAVE to take time to package yourself because you are SELLING yourself. You are selling your concepts and services. You are selling an experience. ELEVATE YOU and you will elevate your business and everyday experiences.
