Welcome to episode 22 of Haulin' Notes! This month’s guest is Brad Mader, Commercial Business Developer for REMsafe Sleep, a subsidiary of Lincare. Brad has been with the company for the past 14 years working with sleep apnea. Prior to his time at RemSafe, Brad was a local truck driver for 16 years. His infamous motto is, “saving lives and marriages one CPAP at a time!”
REMsafe focuses on diagnosing and treating drivers who have fatigue leading to sleep disorder and breathing issues. They offer a very easy, manageable process that makes it convenient for their partnerships in implementing a sleep management program. In our conversation with Brad, we discuss the dangers of sleep apnea and how to safely manage driver fatigue on the road.
