The Hon. Ron Simmons served three terms in the Texas House of Representatives and served as CEO of an investment firm that managed over $3 billion in funds. He later was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott as chairman of the board of Texas Mutual Insurance Company, with over $1 billion in annual revenue.
