Small Group Questions

In your group you might focus and have a bigger discussion around a few questions, which is great but I would ask if you would discuss the last question as we come to end of the series.
1. As you reflect upon the whole of scripture how did they celebrate what God had done?
2. Biblical speaking, what did celebrating involve? Ie. Feasting.
3. What are the differences in how we celebrate compared to the world?
4. Do you think Christian are good at celebrating and why?
5. Do you have a testimony or story to share when God has been at work in your life?
6. Holy days and sacred season were very much part of Jewish culture. They had yearly rhythms of remembering and celebrating what God had done. What stops us from from remembering and celebrating what God has done in our lives?
7. How can we create rhythms of celebration? What does that look like in the 21st century?
8 As we come to end of our series in Nehemiah, what has stood out to you over the last 8 weeks? It come be personal or for the church.
