The world around us, for the past 2 years, has been volatile and constantly changing.

Changes in statuses of health, livelihoods, relationships, career, income, government policies & mandates, and more have contributed to the creation of seemingly a lot of fear, divide and uncertainty within many of us and the world around us.

These are all factors that affect our mental and emotional health, therefore affect our physical health in the long term or short term, sometimes.

We thought to discuss this observation in this podcast to encourage corporations to have facilitated group discussions, and give platforms for their people to express their fears, be heard and understood.. This is a way to help bring people together, and find solutions together for both personal wellbeing and organizational sustainability.
