HWE E8: One Shoe Doesn't Fit All

Imagine a group of people with different heights wanting to see over a high fence.
Equality would be giving them all the same stool height to stand on.
Equity would be giving each one of them a stool proportionate to their heights, so that they all can see "Equally".
