Toni McCann is an Adidas Terrex athlete, trail runner, UTMB’s OCC 2023 winner.
Toni is a professional trail runner from Cape Town, and now lives in the French Alps. She won the prestigious Chamonix Trail Race, UTMB's 50km OCC this year and talked me through how it went, how she deals with injury as a trail runner, her non negotiable travel essentials, whether professional trail runners actually run too much, how Adidas are developing their trail running range, and much more.
