We dream and set goals and then strive to accomplish them as quickly as possible. We want things bigger, better and faster, but detours happen—things and people can get in the way. However, those people who seem to get in the way are often the project for the day. And when life and circumstances slow down and hinder our dreams, it’s easy to think that God has forgotten about us, when in actuality, He’s just taking us the long way home. Because while we focus on the project, God focuses on the process.
