Has the happy life ever felt more like an impossibility rather than a possibility? Sometimes the happy just seems too elusive and I highly doubt I will ever attain, let alone sustain it. There's just too much darkness, too many obstacles and awful circumstances that stand in the way, and bullies away the happy.

But life doesn't have to be this way. One can stand up to the bullies and achieve the happy life.
