Christmas is a time to believe. Belief and imagination is what makes it so magical and wonderful. It's also a time for children, which is fitting because children tend to believe a lot more than adults do—probably because imagination is highly underrated by many. It's OK for children to imagine and believe, but at some point those same children are told to "grow up", face reality and stop being gullible. Well, we don't believe that lack of belief represents maturity in the least. There is a big difference between being childish and being childlike. If growing up means I have to squelch imagination, I don't want to grow up, because when we squeeze out belief we squeeze out life.
