Sometimes the reason we struggle with living Happy is as simple as who or what we put on our dance cards. If what we "dance" with causes despair, anger, anxiety etc., we should dance with something else. The good news is, no matter who or what we've danced with, or are currently dancing with, we can always save the last dance for that Happy and positive choice. In fact, why wait for the last dance? Maybe it's time to switch dance partners now. Remember what brought you joy in the first place, and put THAT on your dance card.
