I missed you guys! In this episode we catch up on my life, see what I've been up to with life updates, etc. I talk about my recent travel to Laguna Beach and Cape Cod and how happy I am to be home recording for you guys. We have an advice session having to do with body image and summer being on it's way. I relate some anxiety I've felt coming into bikini season and how I've found peace and confidence. I touch on a mindset shift I've experienced recently as well that's been super motivating for me. Finally we discuss the five different love languages, the enneagram test, and the myers-briggs personality test since you guys wanted to hear about it. I find those little quizzes to find out more about yourself fascinating and you guys should try them too!
