Happiness Solved with Sandee Sgarlata. In this episode, Sandee interviews Francisco Aboitiz. Francisco graduated as a biologist from Universidad de Chile in 1983 and obtained his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of California in 1991. From 1992 to 2002 he was a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Universidad de Chile and since 2002 he has been a professor at the Department of Psychiatry of the Faculty of Medicine at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His research interests span cognitive and clinical neuroscience among children and adult populations. His projects usually have an evolutionary stance that seeks to understand the origin of human brain functions, particularly language and higher-order cognition.
