When it comes to being an Employeeprenuer this week has had a bunch of stories that can teach all of us lessons. In this second bonus episode this week, we will be discussing what happened with Nikole Hannah-Jones at the University of North Carolina where she should have gotten tenure.
But because of a high profile back and forth with the institution she decided to leave UNC for a position at Howard University. Now my background in HR will help to break this down as I worked for a university and understand the tenure process well. I will be discussing what UNC should be doing, what Nikole should do, and what lessons you should take from this. Lets dive in.
