The following is a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Flowing out of the backfield, flumbing down the sideline. He is hanging with the Boys, presented by wing Stuff where Flavor gets its wings. Now your hosts Nate Newton, Kurt Daniels, Jesse Holly, and Shannon Gross. Monday, eleven thirty Central Time. Here in Frisco, Texas. You're looking live at Toastito's Championship Plaza outside Ford Center at the Star in Frisco. And it is a chili forty one degrees.

It feels like thirty four. The high today is fifty three. The low to night is thirty two. I fellas, I think this is gonna be the last cold snap we have, like them in the thirties. I heard someone say that before it gets read on Twitter. It said, uh, it said mother Nature in Texas are in are in a custody battle. He said, they won't let me see my son. I'll be here all week. I like that. That's funny. It's funny, like we get a little bit. I'm like, oh, really a little bit. We did get a little bit.

You get it, you get some seventy got up to seventy the last few days, and all of a sudden it was like then it came back back down to your hoodie on over that Yeah looking good? What you truth, oh, how you feel, is that we're minus a guy. Kurt is out somewhere. He's so happy he is, dude, he sent us a picture, Yes, beautiful. I don't know where he is, but mount not hills, mountains, mountain esque. He's got to be somewhere out Western You think, Kurt, kind

of thing? You think that weekend? This energy back fully now that Viagral goes about that from about your himbay? Was it your himbay? He's up in those mountains, so he don't tell him what he got his hands on that rattle snake juice up there in him mountain speaking of in their mouths. All right, have you watched eighteen eighty three yet? No? Man, but you can tell me about it, because let watch it regardless. You tell me about it. Bro, I'm serious. I don't think I liked it.

I loved it, but I hate it. They kill everybody, they don't play. I love it. They don't. You'll like it, but man, I tell you what it made me emotional. I ain't gonna lie. I got emotional watching that yellow soul. Remember how they would move back to his granddad and out of that Well, that's who this, that's who this is. Yeah, this let this tells you the story of how they wound up in that place. Yeah, and you figure it out about there's ten episodes, episode eight and a half, like,

that's how they wound up. And then for an episode and a half you know what's coming. And he's just like, I don't want to watch the rest of it, like I'm done. You know, it was great, but yeah, the only movie that I can't watch no more of who I mean movie? It's a movie, but it's a series. I can't watch normal John Wicks, No, why you talk about killing? They just murdering folks. You ever seen joy? I seen all of them. I can't watch I should

watch him. This dude made off work. If you want action and fighting and killing, then you need to watch John Wicks. All right, This is a John Wick is a call of duty dream because he don't miss, you know, and on his hands and knives, he don't miss. Is it? What? What time period? Is it set? Like? Present day? Present day? Man? He is, and it started because somebody killed his puppy.

They ain't never just keeps going out, keep going all right, Well, fellas, a lot of football talk has been happening in the last several days. We could start. No, it looks like, man, I'm drinking up. I don't ever drink this crap. I'm drinking a sparkling Seltzer water. It got me messed up. I just started drinking it. What's going on? All right? I'm burpon you know what. Let me say this, right, Jesse, I'm saying this. Don't send me anymore top notch first

round pick players, don't do that. You know. How do you like this dude? Now look this dude working them. I'm like, okay, can the Cowboys get on? Well? Now, man, that's the top, that's the first Don't send me stuff. I said that we can be big Boy from Georgia, the defensive linement a lot. What a freak dude, he called me said, listen to me, he said, don't send me any more. He called you. Yeah, man, he said, don't send me any more stuff like that. I said.

He said, I said, Nate, We're probably not gonna be together. He's probably gonna be going one of the early top ten picks. And why would you send me that said, don't send me nothing else like this? Then seeing me stuff that's gonna happen. Second day, they might move up. Is her wide receiver? Is he a quarterback? Defensive end? Let's talk about that. We can talk about two of the three. Yeah, so the words came out Amar started,

you started hearing about Amar. And he may be gone towards the middle to end of last week, and they're gonna read let's start there, because then d Law came out over the weekend, right right, this might be a totally different looking football I told what I set in that chair over there, and I told you guys, we missed an app salute window that this football team are they rebuilding will not look the same. It will not look the same. And when those windows closed, there's what

you gotta understand about football windows. And I know you guys understand this. When your window was open, whether that's for a two year maybe three year period, if you don't maximize that window in that time, you have those bottom tier, bottom tier teams, those middle tier teams who are working to get into their window. So when your window closes. You now go back to the you go

to the back of the line. And now those other those middle tier teams are now up and those lower tier teams or now the middle tier teams, and now you're looking up at them. And so when we watched that football season last year, we saw teams like the Chargers start to come along. We saw the Bengals come along, the Rams came together, I mean the Niners, you know, and teams are only going to get better. There's going to be some shuffling that happened around the league, believe

it or not. And I know I called them all booty juice team. But the Giants, with this new coaching staff and this new front office, they got a chance. I'm not saying next year. Heard it here first. I'm not saying next year they got a chance. But they're gonna turn that franchise around. And the football team and Washington, the Commanders, the Commodoes, whatever they want to be called, the Admiral, they're a Kirk Cousin lovel quarterback away from

really being in contention. They have a lot of weapons. I think that defense is going to come back and perform. But if they can find a quarterback, whether that's via trade and Russell Russell Wilson or uh the kid from Houston or something like that, and they can find a decent quarterback to go in there. The Cowboys missed an opportunity this season by not capitalize on it, and the things that we're about to talk about is going to be even more of a hindrance. So the Cowboys going forward,

this is the funny thing about what's finna happening. Ain't nothing funny about this? Yeah? Yeah, it is as funny as wicked, is weird, whatever word you want to find for. We're talking about twenty one free agents, and then them twenty one free agents ain't none of them your studded players. But you finnly get rid of some stud players to

sign some of these guys. You better pick the right ones because when these studded players go to other teams, and then we'll be sitting here next year during this season saying, wow, I didn't know he could do all that, And you're gonna be looking at that guy who they got rid of for these three other guys. So, so would either one of you get rid of a MARII that's the first one I would try my best to work or deal with him. I would try my best. But the funny about about it is from multiple people,

and I don't have the intelligence. I went to a public high school and college. I don't have the intelligence to break all this down. But from people who I think do have the intelligence and who have said this, you don't even have to work out a deal. There are things in his contracts. The Cowboys have been notorious about this whole hitting the switch. There things are in his contract that can give you the cat flexibility that you will need for this year to get back under

the cap. The Cowboys don't want to do it. And that is the difference. It's not that he can't do it, it's built in already. They don't want to do it. And the thing that I do not like that is becoming a bit of a trend. And maybe it's just what wide receivers and the Cowboys. When the Cowboys are ready to rid of a receiver from their roster, they start this kind of this smear campaign thing. I don't

quite like that. They did it with Roy Williams, they did it with Dez Bryant, and now you're starting to see it come out with the mark Cooper. Hm, I haven't. I haven't heard nothing along them lines. But I sat right here with two years. Men, you battling back and forth because I was all the Marty first year, because

you know, he put them in the playoffs. And that's what I can't forget when you when I used to be like, oh, man, I don't know about the market like Nate Nate, And then I would always go back, we trade it for this guy. He put us all. He put us in the playoffs, didn't he Then we went like seven eight straight games when he got it when he got here, and so did he put us in the playoffs? He damn show made this offense. And and now all of a sudden we just think that

he's expendable. Yeah, so I man, I didn't know that something. What's what's what's the word? What's the smear campaign? Well, I mean now it's that you know, he's not worth the productivity, you know, you know, like first you know, yeah, he's not he's not the first round worthy. Look at his targets. Uh, you know, he doesn't play all the time. His his attitude, So you start hearing all these things that now that are starting that that was a positive

a year ago. Now they're negative. I just, I just and I'm saying I'm not seeing this is my thing is because who talked about Ceedee Lamb Moore last year than training camp? Then when I used to call you guys, oh man see oh oh. But are you gonna be willing because the other guys, I don't care, Wilson and your your guy, the other Gallup, Gallup. These guys are nice, but are they elite? Okay, CD has a chance to

be leading Jensen. You can correct me, But are you gonna throw the ball so he can impact everybody else like Amari did? Amar impacted the whole way you sign up and played defense? Is this kid that? And are you gonna throw him the ball enough for teams to say, I gotta I gotta reset my coverage because if you're not and you think Dalton Schutz is it No, sir, he ain't it. He ain't it, Which is a whole

other conversation that we'll get to that in a minute. Now, is so you part I have a I just don't understand like you're gonna read If you do that, you're resigning Gallup? Yes? Are you hoping right? Which you hope it's actually a two year like like, even if he comes back in August, he ain't gonna be completely right. No, But everyone says, yeah, I came back from the ACL or what is it a cl Yeah, I came back from the ACL, But guys don't come back from like

the ACL or the Achilles until the year after. They even said that about Dak's injury, right, Dasman said, like, hey, it takes you two years to get over something anytime you have, like you just so now you're you're signing him, but he is not gonna be as productive as you need him to be this first year off the ACL injury. Mind you, he just came off another calf injury that sideline them for seven weeks, eight weeks, it seemed from

for half the season. So now you're about you're about to give a new deal to a guy who had two injuries in one season that ended this year, who won't be right completely his first year back. Another year wire wasted, another year wasted on on Dak Prescott because he won't have all these weapons. He won't have he may have a full seedee lamb, but then now he'll have a seventy five percent, Michael Gallup, and then who's your who's your other guy? Because can you afford Cedric?

If not, that's what I'm then it's who Malik Turner. You're getting rid of Amari? Okay, no problem, No that's a problem. No, the reason is the problem for me, No, no problem. But it is your offensive coordinator gonna say, hey, coach Cede Man will have one hundred and fifty targets, but here's the season, We're gonna find ways to get seated because if you do that, then you make him make It's all about coverages. Am I wrong? You're absolutely

right hitting the open guy. But but now you're getting rid of a guy who is who to me is an elite route runner to now sliding the guy who was not an elite route runner. I think Ceedee Lamb is an exceptional athlete. I think he makes a ton of He can make a ton of plays even though he had he had elite in the league and drops last year up at the top. So now it's so when we talk about dictating coverage, Amari was so special and what he did was because no matter what, he

could run a route and get himself open. This film with that you watch him wide open a lot of times in games? Can ceedee lamb give you that same sort of can he strike that same sort of fear any opposing defense of coordinator's mind that when he lines up outside, because if all we're gonna do is go vertical, well we'll be easier to stop what that let me where this year? That's what how many of the last

half of the year, everything fifteen yards and more. That's why shows had all open space he had, and that's why he had to throw to him so many times because I received as a running those tight routes. Is CD from what you've seen Jesse? Is he can he be a number one guy this year? See here, This is the thing about number one. And I'm not deflecting your question, but I think there's a little bit of depth that you have to go into the number one category,

because yes, he can be a number one, absolutely yeah. Right, you can line him up out that the X, throw the ball one hundred fifty times. Guess what he's now your number one, right number. That's a subjective type thing. But what comes with a number one is can you affect the opposing team's defense? Slash? Can you make up for where we lack? Can you go and make a

play when there's no play to be made? Like, those are all the things that come into being a number one, And I'll use for example, Cooper Cup that last drive of the Super Bowl. Can you go make the plays that we need to be made at that moment, at that time when the world knows we're coming to you? Can you make those plays on a consistent basis that that is the determining factor of can you be a number one? Can I move you inside? Can I move you outside? Can I put you in motion? Can I

throw you a short route? Can I throw you a long route? Can I throw you an intermediate route? Can you win one on one coverage? Can you beat double coverage? Can you route something? Like? When you talk about a number one and then everyone else eats off for number one? So if your number one is limited in what he can do, then everybody else now is limited in what they can do because you don't require or command that type of attention and an offense down in and down out.

So can a Marie Cooper be a number one? Yeah? Sure, CD? I'm sorry, CD be a number one? Yes? Sure of course he can't. But you know, and it's just simple numbers because if he legit, he's gonna have a number one corner. Are he gonna have the number two corner will always with help. That's what Amari brought. He was going to either had a number one corner and still

that number one corner gonna have some help. But the number two quarters a lot of times you get on him and they definitely gonna have to have some help. So when Dad come up, the reads are are simple. The reads are simple because once you figure out how they're gonna bracket your ball over here, how they're gonna play your boy with him being able to move everywhere,

you got it. But how long will it take for us to know what jess you talked about for citee lamb because you just ain't gonna come out and in the first or second game, and he may show out, But once the book is there, what can you get past the book? Once they know who you are and what you like to do? Can you get past the book? Now? How long would that take? Is we're gonna have any of these guys, I'm not even counting Gallup. You can count him if you want, But who is the next

two receivers. Who are these guys? Man, that's too many questions. That's too many questions. There's gotta be there's gotta be something going like, answer me. This is what I don't understand. Is there something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about about amorrow that makes them comfortable making this move? Because I just don't in my mind, it

doesn't compute. You got a guy with that much talent that you couldn't figure out how to get the ball to all season, and now all of a sudden you're ready to let him go run him off the team like this something? Or could it be that you've committed to someone on your coaching staff so much so when you see the lack of production from a guy that we all know, the world knows is a number one receiver and had number one ability, but it's not getting the ball? Am I am? I covering for that because

I've committed to that and I'm sticking with that. And we've seen this front office stick to people that they feel on the coaching staff that they want, that they like, that they want to move forward with. You know, be that person, And now I gotta get rid of the other guy because it might make this guy look a little bit too. We start, they're gonna start questioning the other guy. So you gotta kind of start. Know sometimes it's like, you know, lever, let your left hand know

what your right hand is doing. But but it makes no sense to say that we are committed to winning and that this team is going to be built for a championship and guys who you don't even have to rework a deal. Truly, you're letting go and you don't have an answer for it. You don't have an answer in the place of that player. When we could put on the tape and see what was life, what what what life was like without him before he got here,

before he got here, missus her, missus hers. Yeah, and when you look around, I was a valuable fan, miss hearn when you look around and mister Smith lost him too. Yeah. When you look around the landscape of the National Football League, everybody is rolling with two dogs. Everybody's trying to find there. You know, Jamar Chase and Adam Theeland. They're t Higgins and and and um what's the kid? Uh? Those are

Chases and not Chase Chases. Higgins and Chase Jefferson Jefferson, Jefferson and Theland or I'm trying to find Mike Williams and Keenan Allen. Yeah, I'm trying to find you know, guys like Hill and Kelsey. Right, everybody's trying to find that that that two that that that two way go type thing. And we're just saying, hey, go buy gold see because they just go. But what they're saying is they're not tight end can do that. He can't, he can't.

There's there's there's no way, there's no way that they're realistically sitting in any office with any film in front of them is saying that our tight end, Dalton Scholtz. No, no knock on Adulton Scholtz. But if he was that much of a game changer, Like, what do y'all think before we get a break, what do y'all think the probability is? Because usually when these stories start where there's smoke, there's fire, what do you think the probability of Amari

being here when training camp starts? All of I've read and that's the only time, I be honest, I don't read a lot of this all season stuff, but every time a Mari name pops up, I read it, and I'm saying to myself, you mean to tell me you can now, Jesse. I'm like, you mean, Jimmy, we can't work something out. I'm are even said two years ago, I'm loving this cowboy thing and we can't work something out of there. You bring this like it's already built.

Then what do you think think he's here? I say it, it's a twelve percent chance. Twelve? Oh jesus, why twelve? I don't know. I just twelve the right thing, not pinting out of nas round number like it was like ten or fifteen. Twelve. I don't can't go with that. What do you think? What do you think, Nate Man? I'll go with Jesse Man because everything I've been reading I'm hoping is a lie. Chris, You're you're plugged into this kind of stuff. What do you put? What percentage

you put it? Use that Jerry house this weekend and I was not as serious this weekend? Kids wrong. I would say for Marty coming back, yeah, I would say nineteen percent. What do you think I'm gonna go twenty three percent? I'm a little bit more optimistic than y'all are. Man. If not, if you come back, man, it'll be a big help. I'm marta guys like you know, guys, I kind of like it here. I've been in I've been

in Oakland slash Vegas. You know I've seen the other side. No, Amar sitting back, saying, I'm still one of the best route running receivers in this league. And if they let me go, I will have a job in five minutes. And not only will I have a job in five I don't know how to use me. Not only would I have a job in five minutes, I get to pick where I go, where I go, the system, the quarterback. So O see, you'd be really funny. So, hey, Aaron, you need another guy in Green Bay. He goes to

New York. Hey, well, no, hey, hey, hey takes y'all like, hey, Rams, I know you guys are gonna be down with Odo bepperfore a little while. You know you want to Yeah, you want to deal? Yeah, Rams have a guy coming back too. So but he's coming back off. I mean, he won't think about Robert Woods, Amari Cooper and get out of Hooper Cup. Hey, Kansas City. Yeah, I'll take a one year I'll take a one year, twelve million dollar deal. Fifteen million dollars deal. Sure, absolutely, boy, do

you think Philly loved him? Philly many times they see got smoked by him. Geez, all right, let's take our break. When we come back and take a break, let's talk about now, well, who's our defensive end on the other side? D long when we come back on hanging with the hey cowboys fits. Huh, you should get many white boots, not doing what you could wear, but just like many white boots, like a keepsake. Yeah, and you don't welcome marketing, you don't. It's only one person that could mispronounce and mess up words. That's me, don't you? Your burping is killing me. I had to stop twice in that read and it's only like a

twenty second read. I saw me. I gotta quit drinking that stuff. That stuff messed me up. I don't drink carbonated drinks very often. And you how's that? So yeah, it's just natives drink a canned water. And I had never seen canned gay rade water. Super big. No hold up to your camera so people can see this is that kids? That's a twelve ounce can you make that can look make it look like a pony. So I've never seen canned water until I worked here. So apparently

there's a there's a bottled water shortage. They've had our I heard from the guys that do the water in the building. They've had an order for water being tapped in for you can't you can't find out Cowbay information because they ain't be any water in the fridge for a month. So apparently they can get canned water, but they can't. Hey, man, we better, we better, we better. Yeah, we better get rid of somebody House price players because

they's getting bad right. Haven't get recyclable cans instead of plastic of uh speaking of word came out over the weekend that they asked d Law to restructures deal and take less money and he said no, thank yeah. Will he be here now? I don't know. Do they cut him? Do you have enough guaranteed money that don't happen? How do they do this? How don't see? If you explain that,

then I'll tell you whether he will be here. So if my understanding is that every team has this post June one cut cut that allows you to take that dead money and kind of string and Chris, you jump in here whenever, because I know you were Jerry's house this weekend. He probably he probably gave you all the details. So that allows you to take whatever dead money's left and not have to have that's a huge impact on your salary cap right now. But you're able to extend

it over a period of time, Am I right? Chris? Yeah? I think you can put it over two years years, so you could like cut it cut in half. Yeah, you get some savings, uh, you know on that? So do I what? I love to keep Tank, absolutely, but I love of the fact that Tank, on both ends of this contract has done what was right for Tank. Yeah, when they first started to take contract and everybody was saying well, you know, we gotta take care of the cap. We gotta take care to cap. Tank said, it's not

my problem, Like the CAP's not my problem. They have to figure that out. Here's what I am worth. And he stuck to that, and he got his pay and you know, he's played to you know, the sack numbers aren't there, but he's played and been a leader in his locker room and done a lot of great things. And then on the back end, it's will you take a pay cut? No, I'm not. I'm not taking a pay cut. You'll pay me what I'm worth. You'll pay me what you said you We're gonna pay me, or

you'll have to cut me. And if that's the case, I'm still gonna get whatever is left that's older my contract, my guaranteed money. But then, like Amari Cooper, he'll have a job in five minutes and he'll probably he'll probably go to a real contending Super Bowl contending team and just add to that mix. So I don't, I don't. I don't know or or quite understand the approach that the Cowboys are taking and trying to free up some cap space or the new look of what they want

to do. And I know I have to be careful savings because I know it goes directly to the to the Joneses when it comes to this part of the money talk. But but how do you sell this to your fan base next year, that that we're competing for a championship unless you have something under your in your sleeve that you're gonna do something. Doing all this to do major things this offseason. The bottom line is you're getting rid of these studs. What studs are replacing them? Right?

That is what you have to be breaded to sell, right, am I correct? Miss Jones is gonna tell these people, Okay, coach, we gotta get rid of this guy. We gotta get up in the coach. What are we selling time? Fans don't think Miss Jones. The best thing that I can think of is, hey, we brought back Dan Quinn, who helped turn this defense around. We'll probably draft a linebacker and then you'll see number eleven play a little bit more defensive end snaps next year than you will linebacker snaps.

To combat losing a force light, I was gonna say, if you lose Tank, you still gotta sign Gregory because he's a free agent. He eagill be cheap slap the franchise tackle him, you get two franchise ta. Okay, I'm just saying like this is I'm trying to just play. Yeah, you're trying to figure it out. I'm trying to figure it out too. I'm looking from a gym perspective. I'm saying, Okay, how how do I sell this thing? How do I make this thing work for my team? But again, but

the franchise said is not going to help you? Right as a defensive end. I think that it was between sixteen and Yeah, that's big milers. So if you're getting rid of a guy that's making nineteen and you're about to does that make sense? Yeah? Yeah, if you right now, his tanks cap number this year is twenty seven million dollars. Okay, his base is nineteen. If you cut him, his dead cap is nineteen, right, And then you're signing a guy that costs almost just as much. So you're just swapping

pieces exactly. But that doesn't make a lot of sense unless you think, like Tanks not being the healthiest guy on this team, well, then you replace him with the younger guy. What you can technically do is you signed Randy. You give him a huge money up front, You give him not that much base first year, first two years? Yeah, and then you and then what do you do at linebacker? When you move your linebacker to the other defensive end spot? You draft one, there's a couple of good ones a year.

Then what do you do at wide receiver? And what do you do when you mean when you're tied end leaves? Yeah, but you rub your head like everybody. The thing is like, you drafted a guy in the first round to be your number one, all right, didn't you didn't that? What you do you talk about linebacker? No, Ceedee Lamb when you're talking about see, but you understand what I'm saying. Yeah, no, no, no, I get what you're saying. But I Ceedee Lamb was

a gift, like he was a gift. But you still drafted him in the first round, right because you couldn't pass up on that ability at that particular spot. You weren't You weren't expecting for Ceedee Lamb to be at that particular point. So, yes, I get what you're saying. You drafted him at that point in time to make him your number one. But I think now that we've been to this thing. What was Ceedee Lamb two years? Yeah, so we're going to the year three. So we're going

to the year three with Ceedee Lamb. I just I'm finding it difficult to believe that with the people that you're bringing back on your coaching staff, who couldn't get a number one guy who has superior skill set the ball. How in one offseason are you going to miraculously change and now be an offensive staff that gets a guy who now is your new number one with less superiors to be your new number right, with less period skill set in the route running and the consistent catching area

the ball. Some may say that CD was your number one this year. I mean he had he had the most yards, most catches because of the way they used him. They talent wise, he was so But I see what you're saying, like, how are you? I see what you're saying, Jesse, It's like, how are you? Because I think we all agree, Amar, he's the better route runner, he's got the he's a better overall receiver. I think we all agree with that.

How why are you getting rid of a guy that you know what you have that you weren't able to utilize him like you should have. For whatever reason or the other. You're getting rid of him to replace him with the guy you don't know what you what you really truly have it. You're still kind of in that finding out all what he can and cannot do. That's dropped eight passes I think years back to back, eight or ten. And then and then by moving him out, you're moving who in the second and third and fourth

and fifth, Like you gotta sign you rookies. You got twenty one free agents. You gotta figure out on defense, don't you don't have about that? You don't have You don't have no proven studs to save how much money player? And we've we've yet to talk about to me, the most glaring position that needs help the offensive line, Like you can you can bank on Tyre Smith as you want to, because we already know two to three games

is coming. He won't play, he's getting a year older, that body's getting a lot more banged up, so that two to three might go to four to five. Okay, you already know what your left guard and your sin is gonna be, or who they are, what they are, what they go, whatever it may be. Hopefully and and I I hope that Lyle can return to what he was pre hip injury. That still concerns me when you talk about a big dude with hip injuries. That still

concerns me. And we take for granted, I think at times just the toughness of the butcher, but a year older, a lot of miles in that body, and they don't run the ball enough to give these guys the physical mindset that they need to get through a season. When you just drop back, pass rush out to pass rush out to pass rush, that that that that is a mental thing. And if you we're not elite like that. We're not elite like that. We're not built like that.

That's Kansas City Bro and their quarterbacks still getting the ball out of his hands quick. We're not built like that. And na man, you you you act you disastrous coming if they don't fix that offensive line and change the way they do things. Disaster or is coming. I don't remember. It's been a while since there's been an offseason where you're like, what what are they gonna do? Personnel wise?

Because you've been set personnel wise for at least you thought you were certain the last three four or five years, Like it's like, okay, offensive line solid. We need to work on this. Like if you let a Mari go, you let Tank go, you let Shultz go. It's like, where do you feel good? Linebacker? And then if you move him, you don't feel like a lot of questions, man, A lot of questions. And do you sign back lve?

Do you draft the linebacker? Right? You know? I mean there's a and and I don't want to beat a dead horse but here, but that's what I talk about about. That window. Man, when you get when you get rookies, when you get free agents, and you're regular people on your roster all to click and play well in a season, like to get Malie Cooker and jay Ron Curse and and and and guys like that to all play well.

To get Michael Parsons to kind of just come out of nowhere and just be a dominant, to get eleven with eleven or twelve in exceptions from digs and just all these things happening for you, and you don't get to an NFC championship game or Super Bowl. We are now faced with now what do we do next? And it's not looking good for the Cowboys because you have so many unknowns heading into the offseason. Oh and by the way, we still got all this drama around your head coach that as soon as we get back to

OTAs and and those, Mike's open back up. It's gonna be questions for Dan Quinn. It's gonna be questions for Mike McCartin, It's gonna be questions for for Kelly Moore. On you know, Mike, why didn't you take any jobs? Were told? What was told to you by Jerry Jones? Why why did you come back here? Do you feel that you have the ability to be a head coach again? Are you are your plans to be a head coach

in Dallas? Uh? Something you think about and Laura forbid, they lose two or three in a row, you already know what it's gonna be. Oh, you already know. I'll tell you what the Dallas media like. They're not They're not hard. No, they're not hard at all compared to other markets there. They're they're soft when it comes to the Cowboys. But you lose two or three, like those questions are coming. Then all of a sudden, now you see Troy, he's on Katie Trail and he's jogging with

Sean Payton. You know that. You know Sean Payton and Troyen dragging on Katie Trail, or you know Sean Payton seen out of South Lake Carol football. It's always type of things, you know. You know Sean Payton came by to watch, you know, as innocent as it is. It doesn't matter, It doesn't matter you see him out in public. He lives, he lives here. He lives here. He's been living here all the time. He's been in New Orleans

eating at the Star. Oh you know Shan Sean Payton down at the Star watching the Earl Spitz Junior fight. Whatever it is, it's going to be magnified one hundredfold. He's at the movie theater. Why why do he go boot when in South Like? Why is he at the booth theater? In first go twenty one free agents, rookie's gotta be signed. You gotta get away, get rid of at least two or three stud players, core players. What does this team look like? Jesse? And will your quarterback

come back? What quarterback is going to show up next year? Great question? Tell you what. Let's take our last break. Nate wants to get out here early. I just want Rookie Dak back me too. We're gonna play a game when we come back. Hello, that's like we've been playing that game. We're gonna play the cameo Garee game tastes like can day play the cameo game when we come back. to the show. The final segment sponsored by the whole show actually sponsored by wing Stop, where Flavor gets its wing wings. Thank you wing Stop for putting up with us and supporting us over the years. We need to get you back in here and do some stuff live on the air now that we did. Nate, did you know that the training table has opened back up? Yes? Yes, uh, Chris Beam told me about that. Man. If I'd knew that,

I'd have been dying to chomping at the bit. Training table is opened back up and we can now have guests back in the building, So maybe we can get some of that good old wing Stop back in here. So go, let's do it all right, We're gonna play a game, fun little game. Men. Chris came up with this idea back at training camp and haven't had the

time to do it. So Jesse, you're on, Cameo, I am on, Cameo explain to Nate and the fans what cameo is if they've never heard of it, Cameo is just a way for fans and people alike to um utilize your special services for videos and things of that nature. They pay for it, they send you what they want, they want you to say and birthday shout outs, get well soons, encouragements. I've had people break up with their put their peace shut up. Yeah, through through through cameo FUM.

So basically what we do on this show just not for free. Well yeah, and in the hostile bit more than ten dollars, okay. So that's basically what it is. It's an app where you can go on you can search all these people like you could say Barack Obama and maybe he's on it, maybe he's not, and he costs this much to do it. You send him a payment and then he films it, sends it back to you and and then there's your video. So Chris went and did some research on how much different people cost

on cameo. That's correct. So he's gonna throw out a name and I'll start. I'll guess first, and then we'll me and you will go back and forth on setting that high to high low, and then the other person in Nate guests higher or lower than what the original bid is. That gotcha? All right? So Chris, who's first up? All right? So this is how much they charge? Right, this is how much they charge on Cameo. So since we talked about him on this show today, let's talk

about Troy Aikman. Okay, okay, how much would Troy Aikman? How much would you pay for Troy Aikman to say Happy Birthday. I'm gonna throw out the over under at four hundred dollars more. I'm gonna go with two fifty. Okay, more, where are we at? We're at Troy to say, Chris, you keep a score? I didn't bring anything right with Nate got one? So Jesse, you set the over under on this one. Okay, Okay, hold on a second. I mean if you only keep score, I gotta do that too. Yeah,

all right, how about this. Let's let's start a guy on the current team. Okay, yep, how about Semi Fioko's simio. I'm gonna set the over under at one fifty. I'm gonna go yeah, I'm gonna go over over. You guys have a lot of tracks of people actually signing up simmy eighty four dollars. Put me on the book, eighty four dollars, and let's say if you hit it right on the money, you get three points. Okay, so we

got there, we go, there, we go. All right. So the next guy, let's go Emmitt Smith, the all time leading rusher in NFL history. If Troy seven hundred, Emma ain't gonna let Troy out do him. So I'm gonna go eight hundred for Emmett, so that you have to say, I'm gonna me. I'm gonna go seven ninety nine. You're looking on your app right now, aren't you. None It's maybe I don't know, maybe that's the highest you can go.

So so I don't know why. I just I was thinking of the old will not will of fortune Jeopardy, you know, doll and get a point and Jesse get two, I get three. Yeah, all right, who's next? All right? So let's go with um. It's called a guy that used to play here, Jalen Smith. How much would Jalen be movation here? You can set your own price. Yeah, so, as we all know Jalen, I think Jalen is a guy who kind of overvalues himself. I'm gonna say five

hundred dollars, I'll go under. I'll go under on that one. Okay, we got two unders, so that's jalen is two nine ninety nine, two oh nine, what two he's number nine. Throw us a curveball here, give us something interesting interesting? How about okay, let's how about the how about Santa Claus? Santa Claus? How many different Santa Clauses are there? Well?

The top one on here, I'm gonna go one fifty, a little under under, one go one hundred, even where you going Nate under under, just getting under Santa Claus one hundred and nine dollars and ninety nine cents. All right, it's funny. Um, you know Saint Patty stays coming up. If you want a LEPrecon to to just a LEPrecon, there is a LEPrecon you want to. I'm sorry they do this after they after they finished drinking. Before I was gonna say, I didn't realize that Mickey was on,

uh watch cameos. This is actually a funny one. Actually, why here? All right? Yes, uh seventy five dollars. No, No, I'll go high, I'll go higher, I'll go under. It's probably seventeen bucks twenty five ninety nine, which is the same price if you want to get Jesse Holly the book. Yeah, okay, so how about this. I'm gonna ask you guys this. Okay, Mickey Spagnole is on cameo, Okay, real quick? Is he higher or lower than Jesse Jesse? Oh, I'm gonna go higher.

I'm gonna go higher. I'm gonna go lower. I'm gonna go no comment. That's probably a good good call. What is it? He's higher forty five dollars if you want to get Mickey to uh say happy birthday or say go cowboys to you? All right, we've got any other employees? Yeah, Brad sham, how about that? Is he high? Brad's gonna be a buck fifty? That's what I was gonna thank you. I'm gonna go I'll go Jesse. I'll go lower, just to go lower. But I think it's one fifty lower.

It's fifty four dollars if you wants he's not selling this self, right, No, all right? How about this? Isaiah stand back. He'll give you some lifting tips, maybe some some uh how Zeke uh but not Zeke. But Isaiah is uh seventy five dollars. I'll go higher because I think he's one hundred no as they like the sales. Are you going? How you he's the same price as Jesse Hallie had. Let's go, Oh, do you have Danny mccraig. Um, let me say Survivor. Now that he's been on Survivor.

I guarantee you just got on. So let me let me look him up real quick. Sorry, I guarantee that price has gone through the roof. This will be out one more. Let me ask you one more? Okay, Kelvin, Joseph, who's on the team. Where do you think boss Man fat? Boss Man Fat? Give you a rap? You know, I'll go. I'll go seventy five dollars. He'd better begin more than now go one seventy five? What do you think, Nate? He better beginning more and seventy fat? Nate's going over

boss Man Fat? One fifty nine. That's about right, that's about right, that's about right high we'll see Danny. Maybe I don't even talk about that. So anyways, um, Danny McCrae, Danny McCrae's mainstream. I'm gonna say it. Doesn't even say Dallas Cowboys on Harris. I'm saying that Survivor contestant season forty one, Danny McCray, Danny, when you when you do Survivor Dancing with the Stars, you open yourself up to

a different market. A lot of those people who watch Survivor Dancing with the Stars don't even watch football, don't even committed. Dude, you know what I'm saying. Like, So, I'm Danny has opened itself up to a new market. Buck buck, I got him but naked button naked in a free five. I'm gonna go higher. I think he's closer to two hundred. What do you think, Nate? I don't know this one. I just cannot call it. What is it? What is it? Forty bucks? Wow? So there

you go. He is a five star on on camera. Go get your Bradsham and you're Danny McCrae, and you're Jesse Holly came. I can't believe you got a Parson's on there. Can't believe you. A few people call me what big parts three ninety nine? Who big sach Man at seven ninety nine? Wow? He thought that was a little hot. Dak on there? I look, Dak is not on We can't believe you when you got one hundred million dollars, you don't really worry about that. You were

about that eight hundred dollars. No, I'm surprised. It's me side hustles his nates got he's not on there? You should do cameo. No, my god, I had a guy called on me but a thing glass. Hey man, we have twenty one free agents. We have to sign the rookies. What we gotta get rid of he's not on cam. We gotta get rid of at least three studs. Kelly to Night, what are you? What are you gonna do? The cheerleader? You got? What are you gonna do? Yeah? Nine, Well,

we're gonna get out of here. You ain't got nothing to do with. How do these cowboys go sign? These twenty one free agents? Were gonna go some cameo money. We're gonna go to the training Connor Williams four nine and nin geez, good scene about the box? Are you talking about the fighter? Writing and offensive? Lindman? Offensive lineman for us? Nay, good sceneing your Kurt you have. We

got twenty one three eight working on baby out. We got three guys we gotta get rid of maybe we'll have some clarity next week on what's going on with all the hurry backs so we can get your possible We will.
