The following. He's a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Blowing out of the backfields, flowing down the sidelines. He's hanging with the Boys, presented by wing Stuff where Flavor gets its wings. Now, your hosts, Nate Newton, Kurt Daniels, Jesse Holly, and Shannon Gross, Welcome to the show. It is Monday from BC Mortgage living
Room here Frisco, Tunday. You guys will be happy to know that I actually went and bought the hardware to hang this up last night, but I just haven't had the time to hang it. Sure maybe abody even of the year, I'll have it up on the wall. So we've How are you guys doing today? How are we? Hey? The Bending New Era starts today. Baby, let's go, young guy, young guys, good lord, you know what I mean? You could start this show off and we could be really upset.
Well we could. We could just be like, you know what, now, we know what we got, we know what we have. We have a bad football team on our hands. And this makes you feel good and doesn't and soft sod soft. So I tell you what's so amazing, man, It's for two weeks in a row on the ESPN National Tackle Chart. Uh done, Terry hasn't showed up. He's played in a game, but he's not had a tackle, three sack. It was third week in a row. Wow, way to playing a game. Done,
not show up? Jayen Smith leads the league and tackles though. Yeah, but they ten yards off the lot of scrimmage, right right? All right? I got something to say. I don't say a lot very often, but this bothered me. This bothered me before it even became a big story, and now it's becoming a big story. Yesterday, when Andy Dalton was laying on the ground like he was in a UFC fight, motionless with his eyes rolled back in his head, I was so mad, like I was pissed off because no
one acted like they cared. Like none of his teammates went after anybody. Nobody said anything, like, nobody pushed anybody. It was just like, damn, that looked like that hurt. I mean, that made me so angry, Like I don't understand that. Like Nate, if that would have been your quarterback back in the day, with the with the line that you guys had, y'all would have gone after somebody, Right, Nate, you're talking to me. You're talking to me because I
am talking to you something I know. Let me, let me, let me, let me say this. And it's kind of a story. That same thing happened to Steve Pelori and thinking my first year starting was going against Chicago Bows and he slid like that and Mike's secretary took him out. Well, our guys, sadly to say, still to this day has a lingering effects from that hit. And nobody did nothing. Everybody just kind of looked around days we were bad team, was no unity and and and I think about it
and I'm like, wow, nobody did a thing. I fast forward. Somebody even threatened Troy and I was all over him. That's the only way they will ever see Nate get mad on the football field if you cheap shotted em and he spoke about it, or if Troy say, hey, man, get the FLF off from me. I know you're doing and I went crazy. What is the difference. The difference is, and I hate to say this, it's the guys you
believe in, and it's the guys you played for. And Coach mccarthur said it, these guys are not playing from one another. Shannon, I'm sorry. They can say what they want, they can be politically correct, but they're playing for their own individual lives and it's sad to say that, but that is what you saw yusterday. Now, Jesse, and you may you may have something totally different than what I have there. No, I was like Shannon, I was equally upset.
But it told me all I needed to know, or it confirmed all the things that I already knew about this football team. And I was curious to hear what you were going to say today about this because just one of the closest and I do believe there is not a unit in any sport offense, defense, special team. There's not a unit more close knit than offensive lineman.
There's not one. There's not one. And every group of offensive lineman that I've been with from any team at any level, there has been this innate, almost protective type thing that you have for your quarterback. In college, our star quarterback, the offensive lineman will just be with him at at the calf, at the club. It was just something about everywhere he went, you it was one of the big horses around with him. It was just it was just something about the dude who called the plays,
who was under sinner we were to protect. And that was just something that I've always been a part of. I don't care how good or bad the teams have been. When I was with New England, a guy would have given up a lung, a heart, and a foot to protect Tom Brady. When I was with Cincinnati in a losing franchise, a guy, uh uh what would have given
up whatever to protect Carson Palmer. And this was always a thing where the big uglies up front there was I mean, you know, you're a handsome man, but sometimes you know back then, you know six body Championship, Yeah,
and you just protected that guy. You and anything that was just any And guys used to feel bad if your quarterback got sacked or if your quarterback got hit you hard, God would feel bad personally To me that it showed you all you needed to know about what the makeup of this football team is from LA and I went down the checklist and I was like, Okay, let me let me hear all the excuses. Andy Dalton's the backup quarterback. If that was Dac it would have
been different. Then I was like, well, this offensive line is super young and they haven't played together with each other, so somebody's afraid to step up. But what better way to earn respect to your teammates than to go after somebody that it doesn't I can't make an excuse for any of that, because, oh that's your team, that's your team. Whoa what just happened? Was that? Oh man? That young
sweat Jesse Holly's house falling down? Oh man? But like I could not, I can't make any excuse, Like even if even if you don't even hardly know the guy, even if that was been the newer or somebody out to practice, that is your teammate. That's your teammate, and a man took a cheap shot, and like, who knows? Could you could end the guy's career like that? And for somebody, no one, not a receiver, not a alignment, not nobody stepped I mean that just bothered me so
bad when that happened. And I'm like, you, guys, that told me everything that I need to know. Shannon. What this team? This team I'm talking about the players, ain't about no coaches. This team has been a dollar shot
in the day late every week. Remember three weeks ago, everybody questioning there, they want to their passion, getting to the ball, everything, and now next week we had like fifteen penalties for somebody, you know, coming up defending somebody in know it And that ain't your heart, that ain't your nature. So I hate to tell you to get over it, Bro, because I think them players as soon as it happened, as soon as they went to the next y, I think they was over it, you know.
And I'm just being honest. I mean, because you had multiple opportunities, multiple chances to come up, Like, let me tell you something, I promise you if you'd have did something to wanted their defensive line them Cole Holcom who ran through Zeke for sack tar heel. Just by the way, I want to mention that this was the shot heard around the world. We heard that through the TV. Everybody in the city that said, wow, Zeke got up looking around, Yeah, Zeke,
we all saw it. Bro. You got ran through for a sack, and that let me knew what Washington stud. So if you would have tried to clip one of the players go out of their knees, it had been all that, It had been all that slaughter, Brom. That just had to go, So, I mean it took it
to us. Oh, I agree with you guys. I mean I I was trying to rationalize it, like, you know, maybe they're just they're young, you know, you you had a couple of with three rookies in there more or less, and a new guy playing his first game with the Cowboys on the on the left side. But still it's just it's like, you know, McCarthy himself kind of shamed him. He said he just didn't expect it. So I don't know, it's just disappointing. Out of the whole day. That was
probably the most disappointing thing. Is it just like you guys said, it just shows they're not playing for each other. And mister Jones Stephen Jones was on the flatsip station this morning and he said that, well asked about the question. You know, nobody didn't do a thing, and his thing was, I don't think everybody saw it. Wait, say, there's one football. I don't know what the hell everybody else is watching.
There's one football in the game. He had the football and he began to run with the football and slid and got cold cought dirty play. What are the team looking at they in the stands they block. I mean, I mean guys are maybe guys are locked up on their guys are blocking. You know, I could kind of see where they didn't actually see the hit. They just turned around and saw their quarterback on the ground. Right,
let me say this, right, yeah, so I can help you. Okay, the reason he was scrambling is because you couldn't block your guy. So didn't you at least follow your guy? But you guys saw that he got So sometime there's no excuse. Sometimes you have to say I made him to stay. I do better, and what happened we cannot allow to happen again. And and that's how you move on from it, if you if you try to make up excuse out of the excuse, you know that that that but that goes along what we've done for the
last six weeks for this team. You know, before we came on there, I say, fellas, it's sufficient. We're not a very good team. So now we can quit trying to find ways a hopeful ways, and now we can start looking towards the future. How are they gonna play this? You know, I know the coach is gonna say, well, we're gonna play Philadelphia and we're gonna see how that turn out. Well, whether you win, loses, or draw, you
still Washington still win game up on you. So that means you gotta weit eight games and play Washington again and hope then pray that they lose. So y'all be tired for the division with eight with six wins. Come on, man, it's it's time. It's time to it's time to see what is what, what is real? And it's time to stop playing these young guys inside getting your team going in the right direction, the bend, the nuci era has started. Let's go what Jesse, I was just gonna say, you know,
what do you do? Nate's got a great point. We know what this team is. Now does it look like you can fix it this year or soon enough to maybe get this thing on track where it makes a difference. What do you do from here? Where do you go? Do you do you start cleaning house? Do you how do you write? I mean I don't think you know if you can write the ship, But what do you do as a coaching staff and a ownership and a manager staff? What do you do from here? I know
what the coach is gonna do. Hey, we're still in this. Fortunately we're still in it our division. Let's keep fighting. I'm not saying not the fight, which you still late on the fight. I'm still saying, keep trying. If you win six, seven, eight, maybe nine games, okay, that's fine, But you still got to get rid of what held you up. And it wasn't uh because your schemes was bad in every situation. It's because some players didn't want
to fulfill that part of the deal. And you have to find a way to either shut that down, I get that out of here. So why would you not? Why would you wait to do that? Why wouldn't you just start doing it? Contracts? You you are, you are five six, seven weeks in now, and the guys out of here. Uh, you can get rid of them, you know, for some younger guys or some guys that's playing hard,
you know, but they're not gonna do that. You know, you just ain't gonna you know, it's like a bad coperreator you know when it when it finally gives out, I get a new one. That's that's out of this situation. But but the thing is, Nate, sometimes you got to ride that bad copyright out to your income tax check
COOM or to your you know, to your paydaycome. And and that's the unfortunate situation that we are living in right now in the NFC East, is that as bad as this team has been playing, and how as putrid and they have they have looked week in and week out, there is still hope that you can win this division.
You can go out and beat Philly on Sunday and now you're right back in the mix of things, and that that that is the you you would wish that someone which would be just, you know, just so far ahead of the pack that you can say, you know what, we ain't catching X team, let's start looking for the future. But because this division is so sorry you, there is still a glimmer of hope. And as much as we don't want to even think about it or believe in it.
And again we're from the outside looking in. We're not paid to coach this team, We're not paid to play on this team. Because if I'll tell you right now, if I was a player on this football team and I was getting paid to play, I would still believe that, you know what fellas if all we gotta do is beat Philly, and then in a couple more days we'll play Washington and then maybe, you know, we'll come to a shop where we may at the end of the day, we may have a chance at the end of the
year to beat the Giants and win this division. But because we don't play for this team. We work for this team, but we don't play for this team, we don't have to have the same belief and hope that they do. As a coaching staff, you have no choice but to believe, Hey, if we fix this and this, and there's some hope, and there's some I don't have my hope shot on the day, but there is some.
There is some thought process is, hey, we're so close to winning this division, but like it's in their mind they're so close, and we see them as being so far away. One of us is right on us. No, no, no, I said, Now I agree as a coach and as a player. Oh yeah, because I remember one time we went and cheered up at the Cowboys Cafe for the Rams to beat somebody, for us to get it our
first play off with Jimmy. We shot up there just watching the Rams, just filial away, and we went from getting drunk and having a great time to getting drunk and get some DW eyes. So I understand what you're saying. I'm not saying as a player to give up, and I'm not saying as a coach to give up. But I am saying as a general manager, as a scout, we need to shot looking to improve our team drastically. You have that ability as off Jim, as a scout
to start looking forward what you already are. But now you intensify your look because what has happening in here is intensify. And I'm not being facetious when I say this, intensify your look how I meant so something that can help you, like like you mean bringing assets or trade away assets or give away No no, no no, no no no no no no, no no. We ain't got to trade away nothing. Offense is intact. Even with the young guys on the offensive line, as bad as they look yesterday,
I'm still it's a high hope for me. My detriment and my dum it sets on one side of the ball that's defensively. I don't care whether to draft them, I don't care whether you get free agents. I don't care how you do it. This thing can't be looking like this right here. And I understand it may improve by the injury of the year, but this thing can't be looking and starting out the same way next year. I don't I don't totally agree with I know we gotta go to break Shannon, but I don't. I don't
totally agree with you on that. To debate you like to debate. Curtain made that they come back for this baby. All right, we come back. Kurt speaks on hanging with the boys, ladies, and gentlemen. Kurt Yeah, spoken and disagree with Nate. Let's go Kurt Well. Two things I have questions about. One. I find it hard to believe that you know you're saying McCarthy wouldn't want
to make a change. He wouldn't. He's just gonna tell his players we can still do this. We can still do this, and leave it to the general manager or the ownership to make changes to the roster. I would think mccarthur would be like, get these guys out, give me some guys with some attitude, Give me some guys who are going to buy into this system. I'm tired of this. As some people have said, country club atmosphere.
Let's get some I would think mccarthury would be spear hitting that he is, but that season has started and guys are playing and all the valuable pieces that may have helped us were sapped up in the first three weeks. You know, the injuries happened, and guys in the better teams in the league that said, old man, we gotta shot it winning. We three and old whatever, we four it. Old hey, we need a run defender, you know, like like last night Seattle needed to run defender bad. It
was like, where's Snacks Arison. We need to get him off the practice squad this week, but it was too late. So all the better assets are gone. So you have to you have to go within your team to try to find these players. And and this young guys like we had our nests, our niss the guy from Utah, he ain't active outside linebrcker. He's yeah, so uh me, I just believe this and I've seen it. You know. Coach Landry did not want to let go his veterans. Coach Johnson came in and say, you guys have done
a great job. He did not try them under them wrongly. He told him, see, y'all guys have done a great job, but my college team is faster than y'all. And he just slowly started getting these guys out respectfully just started getting them out until he had the young, fast, uh hyper hyper team. I mean, did you do that during this season? Yes, he was changing it during the season.
I mean I remember Isaac Hope, great player from Minnesota, one on one cornerback from Minnesota, played well for US as soon as he got Pup Pup Smith first round pick out of Texas and him, you know, part of that young young wrecking crew. I remember it was against the forty nine ers. Uh, Isaac Hope got take took him deep by the great Jerry Rice, and he looked over at UH coach camp and say that, uh Smith been not come out of the game. That's all he said.
Smith been not come out of the game. So that at matter that you knew they were gonna be ike. I saw him do that with me. He's like, hey, we're gonna have a new right tackle. His name is Eric Wives. I'm like, that's my job. Well, it was my job, so I went to politics and got Kevin Golden's job. You didn't just politic you earned it. You got in there and playing ball. So yeah, yeahs later he see it. Anyways, But here, okay, here's my other question.
I mean, this team hasn't giving you any indication they can win this division. I mean, it just got steamrolled by the Redskins. Are off or sorry Washington? Who is awful? I mean the trade deadline is what a week and a half away? No assets? Jesse, Utah? Now why not? Why not? Wait? Wait? Not one of my assets? I'm saying it's been safeties. Why it's been safeties and a couple of defensive players besides safeties that's been out there that has been free that I would have given some
assets for. Now we're in the season. I'm not. It's nobody out there I feel, and that's I'm not in. The great safety from University to that played for the Seahawks that started the lesion a Boom. I would not even trade for him at this time. No, you're not under I'm not buying. I'm selling you got you got, you got it. I've got a handful of guy. Handful of guys I wouldn't are untouchable. I wouldn't trade Zach Martin. I wouldn't trade Jack Prescott, some of the young guys
cde Lamb, I wouldn't trade them. Otherwise, if you got an interest, give me a call. I mean now's the time. I mean, why not if you're gonna change your attitude, if you're gonna change, what's gonna happen in the future this season? I mean, I hope it's not, but it's showing all indications of being lost. Why aren't you building for the future. Why aren't you changing this attitude you get?
You want to make a deal, you give me a call, yes, Jess, I think the only thing when you're looking at certain things, there are certain guys who are tradeable, but there are also certain guys like in order to have trade, it has to be a two way street, and there are some guys who people may say, hey, let's trade so songs.
So yes, you got. A team has to have enough if that player will play yours, if they have a big contract, if they have big contract numbers, does another team want to pick up those salaries to pick up those contracts? And then on top of that, you know, you look around and you say, oh, let's let's trade a guy like Don Terryo Poe. Well, hell, it's Seven Games a film that these other thirty one teams are watching and saying, we don't want him. Just let Bubba y'all.
I don't want them. We see what he's doing for y'all. He can't help us none if he's doing that, you know what I'm saying. So it's like a lot of the assets that we want to get a give away or trade. Other teams are saying, oh no, there's a reason. We see why you want to trade them, See why you want to let them go. So why give up anything for Why give up anything for don Terry Pope? Oh, I totally agree. It's gonna be hard to get rid of some of these key guys that you want to
get rid of. I mean a guy like Poe, I mean that, that's a guy you may just have to drop. I mean, and he didn't hit the stat sheet in three weeks. But you've got other guys like Griffin. I mean, I would again, I would look at if you if you're interested in somebody, give me a call. Now's the time.
I mean. Jimmy Johnson, everybody thought he was bonkers portraying away herschel Walker, but he knew he couldn't win with him, So it's a time to rebuild the team and win with you know, lose without him, and plan for the future there, you know, in some ways. I think they're in that same spot. Now call us up, we'll see
what we can do. Let me ask you this, and I don't disagree with you at all, Kurt, but do you think from a marketing standpoint, and we know what a marketing machine this is, when you start doing things like that, it gives the perception that you're you've given up on the season, right, do you think that would give off a perception that, hey, we're rebuilding and from a marketing standpoint, that your fans are going to check out and you know just what saying exactly, well, that's
exactly you only bring in twenty fusan. The people are gonna come to the games if they know the direction you're going in. Right now, tell me the direction you think the majority of the fans of the Dallas Cowboys, Timmy, Hey, if I'm a fan right now of the Dallas Cowboys, which I am, tell me which direction are they going in?
Give me a concrete evidence of which way they're going. Honestly, you might actually gain some fans, thank you, because people are saying, okay, okay, now I can start believing in this team because we're making some moves or making some changes at this point in time, Like we're all on social media, We're all we're seeing what the reaction is from all the fans. We see what, you know, what they're saying, how they how they feel. There has to
be something. There has to be something concrete that conflict that is done to show. I'll say this and here we go with anonymous sources, right, I like it. I talked to someone this past weekend who has played in this league, has coached in this league, who is very smart, and I take their word as their word as a man, and they said this team is not well coached. And he said there are players on this team that are playing, starting on this team that should not be in the league.
Not on this team, he's saying that are playing that are getting valuable minutes that probably should not be in the league. And he said this team will take about four years to completely turn around and get them back where they need to go. That's how much churning of this roster has to happen to get them to a place where they're getting rid of some of these players who they said are not good. And that's this person said that coaching is not good. You know, in a
lot of areas. But he said, there's players who are playing significant minutes on this team that should not be in the league. That's where we're at right now with this football team. What's what's wrong? I saw as he can keep that to itself, cause yeah, for real? Wow, Wow, I just got quiet? Can I dry? You know? Can we go to Yes, we're gonna go to break. Let they get it together. We'll be back. Just I don't like you anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, It's that time again

Okay, I think we brought before we before we go to the next thing, I do want to issue a public apology. I have to be a man, and I have to issue a public apology. This scares me, Jesse, this scares me, But go ahead, no, yeah, I Jess, No, no, no, no, no,
We're fine. About two and a half weeks ago, when Dak went down with the injury, I came on this very show with a ton of optimism and good energy and positive energy, and I said that the drop off from Andy, from Dak Prescott to Andy Dalton shouldn't shouldn't be that big of a drop off. And I begin to list all of these numbers about how many starts he had, I mean touchdowns he's had, and I want to issue a public apology and say that I was absolutely wrong. Not only was I wrong, I was dead wrong.
And it is the size of the grand canyon of the drop off from Dak Prescott to Andy Dalton. They ain't ain't on the same atmosphere. They ain't even in the same stratosphere. They ain't on the same planet. Dak is head and shoulders above anything that we have at the quarterback position on this roster. And I thought after
week one, maybe he'll get it. No no, no no, no, no no, no, no, no no. Dak is so much more, not only as a player, but as a voice, as the heart and soul of this football team, as the leader of this football team before we even get to his play, so much more than we put that we can even put a tangible value to. And we're witnessing that.
We're witnessing when when when a team I was trying to think of the quote earlier when Michael Irby used to talk about he said something like, you know, you beat a man by attacking his weaknesses, but you break a man by attacking his strengths. When our strength went away in Dak Prescott, this team was broken. The spirit, the soul, the core of what this team was. When when when that ankle broke, the core and the spirit of this team broke. And we're seeing, we're seeing the
dividends of that. Right now, we're seeing it without a shadow of a doubt. And this is the reason why this man should be paid what he's asked for, because we're watching what this team looks like without him. Just think about what he was able to do and how he kept this thing afloat a little bit like there wasn't even there was no contest against the football team of Washington on Sunday with Andy Dalton understanding before he went out. So let me public. I was wrong. I'm sorry.
You can tweat me, say whatever you want. I was wrong. The drop off is as far as heavens is from the earth. I agree, it is before you get started. Uh. If you want to know what that means, let's until our flagship station. And I listened to it yesterday every other caller. I'm sorry, I didn't know what we had. Now see what we had. We need her and get this guy signed, so you know, let the dogs out, Kurt.
But I'm telling you, I'm with you, Jess. I couldn't have said in a more positive wake as all last week. I'm clapping it up. I'm clapping it up. And I still think Andrew Dalton is a good NFL quarterback, but Dak is a super NFL quarterback. I agree. I think we all thought it wouldn't be that much to drop off. But the problem even worse is Dalton is a good quarterback, but he needs a good line. He needs a good offensive line. He's got a patchwork offensive line, and that's
just making every magnifying everything, making it even worse. You know, Fellas, I'm gonna tell you something, man, and he won't be back this week. Least I wouldn't bring him back. I would have to make sure year he's two hundred percent before I bring him back. Uh. And I know for the very reasons that Jesse and and we have all spoken about earlier, that we're still in this NFC East race. But you know what I let, being the news play, I would and I know it don't make sense because
we're still in the race. So we gotta rush and the Dalton back and and pray that he's one hundred percent healthy. But I'm tell you something, Fellas, Kurt, me and you are not too far apart. They ain't the heavens and earth that got me and you split that far apart. The same thing, man. Yeah, just to recap from that injury. Um Andy Dalton concussion is in concussion protocol, and they said at that time he doesn't remember it
even happening. So that's where he's at as far as the concussion, Like he doesn't remember what happened after that, like after they hit, doesn't remember the hit, doesn't remember any of that. So I don't know how along from you not knowing what even happened to you until you actually starting to football. I don't know. I don't I'm not a doctor. I don't know what I'm gonna say.
That happened to me one time Jesse doing the Philadelphia game and I got, uh, you know, I hit my head on One of the guys showed up and I remember hitting my head on the ship because I was trying to head But I'm like, big, I missed it hit his show. So I here with father that I thought they should have and I don't even remember nothing. I don't remember nothing. I went to the sideline and they like, can you remember anything I remember Brett Brant Day,
can you remember? I like no, no, no, no no no, And I looked up and I and Deane, sided to be my best friend, started laughing. Look at the big elephant. Can't remember nothing. So I started crying, and then all of us, and then once I got and then as time went on, I started remember. So each guy is a little bit different than I'm hoping play this guy in the game. Uh did they put now? Don't I think? I think? Uh? I think we had already won the game.
So yeah, but see, I'm gonna tell her her Man back in the day, you you knew we went back in the game, just absolutely, I would have been losing it. I remembered everything I'd have been back in the game, you know. And I'm looking at behind you over your right shoulder, Jestice that got knocked you out? That picture you always was that a you know that guy behind you on your twenty five yard game, Terrence McGuinn. You know you just say that with Chase. Y'all just ran
behind you earlier in the show. Y'all don't know what happened by me, I will tell you something, fellas. Uh. I'm not I am not mad. You know. I've been laughing and giggling because I know that the guys that owned this team, the scouts, the coach is not allowed to think, but they can see it, and they're gonna say things to mask this. But bet I bet you that the head chief of scouts. I promise you he's beaten down the bushes. He's on top of his scouts.
I'm telling you saying, brother, this cannot happen again. And far as letting a coach, I thought we had enough of Rod Marinelli bringing guys in him. As far as another coach trying to bring a player in him, I would never let that happen again if it ain't coming through my scouts because somebody, for the four or five free ass we signed, somebody need to pay for that. Somebody need to pay for that. Bro. Let me ask you guys, throw this out there. It ain't It's not
happening this week, may not happen this year. But do you, guys think, do you have faith in this coaching staff to turn this thing around as it started? I do? I do? Yeah, I do? Man? What kind of timeline do you think we're looking at next year? Two years? I don't know, But I'm gonna tell you what. If I'm a cornerback and I'm in anything that allows me to be one on one with a player, I'm gonna find out within this scheme, and I'm gonna play my man, because when you see guys get ran by and looking
in the backfield, there's no excuse for that. If I go up to Diggs right now and tell him, which I won't because I can't get any coach country, say Son four across, what is that? Jesson? Basically one on one? Am I correct? How did you get ran by? And that coverage? You can't get ranned by the coverage? Son, you played at Alabama. Nick Saban is a master in defensive scheme coverages on the back end. Son, Don't don't do that. If you have to go and rely on
what got you here, it's your cover skills. Go back to that Woozia used to be a great guy back in college. Cover guy. Go back to who you are, bro, Say coach, I'm just gonna hook up on this dude, and I'm gonna play this dude, because you know, until I can learn what you're talking about so I can get an all season, I'm in a hook up on this guy and play. It comes to point as a player where you got to say, now I'm finning play Everson Griffin, get on in your four point stands. Bro,
but don't get hooked. I'm seeing you armstrong and and and and tank longs get hooked by tight ends number eighty two. Not only catching passes on everybody, he hooking hot hooking our defensive ends. How do you do that? Come on, fellas, Come on now, Kurt Man. You froze right here. You gotta pretty smile, man, but I'm talking. I'm sorry. So yeah, my WebEx FROs some man. I don't know what happened, fellas, But Jess, you're seeing the
same thing. How do you get How do a guy by the name Antonio Gibson, who were averaging Russian for US sixty yards a game red Skins as a whole averaging eighty two yards a game Russian wind up with two hundred and eight yards five point three per carry one. Tro We are the Jallas, listen, we are the Dallas Pharmaceutical Cowboys. Made you said it. You said it the opposite way when we went to play. Who was the Giant Giants? Giants? No teams look at us that way?
You you you were you were right in your assessessment, wrong in your team. When that joker ain't rushed for fifty yards all year, they had as a team, they averaged eighty three rushing yards a game. They had eighty five in the first quarter. We are the elixir. We are the feel good when someone is ailing and feeling down. We are the chicken soup for their football souls. When they see the Dallas Cowboys on the schedule, all of
a sudden, jokers perk up. They're feeling good. This is my moment to get whatever snod I was on, to get off that snod, to get my stats up, to get my reps up and look good. We are the Dallas Pharmaceutical Cowboys. That's who we are now. Whoever we played, whoever we play, whether home or away. When we at home, the visiting team come in, they send police escorts to make sure that we get to the stadium on time.
When we got to fly to an away game, they sending whatever those those flighted jets that fly over, they sending those to air Force Cowboy one to make hey listen, paying extra money to make sure this play lands. Chiefly, yes, stop, let that PLANU stop. Do not let this plane miss it. Stop when they get off, make sure make sure we got somebody on the handrails walking. We get it. We get it. We get it, Jesse, get it. All the police force of our city around the bus, quarantine the hotel.
Don't let nobody can out lay Jesse. Jesse. We gotta go, We gotta go, Jesse. Jesse to me, continue to borrow, make your list. We'll go over to get the ball. Got na Kurt sit to me, continue Chris stakes for keeping us on there. Sorry we read late. We'll be back tomorrow the same time, same place, hang out with the Boys. This has been a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club.
