The following. He's a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Cowboys blowing out of the backfields, flowing down the sidelines. He's hanging with the boys, presented by Windstuff where flavor gets its wings. Now your hosts, Jesse Holly, Kurt Daniels, and Nate Newton. Nate, we made the playoffs. Oh yes we did. Yeah, yes, all right,
all right, I see you excited us. Well you got okay, try and try and it's it's uh, you know, in the mood around here's a bit like the weather out there, cold and cloud You can see us dark out there on the plaza. It is. I'm Kurt Daniels filling in the big chair for our leader Jesse Holly, who is off. It's big time in us again. Yeah, I got a TV game. But we on YouTube though, so me and you there we go YouTube hundred thousand. But we'll try to we'll try to brown and make you feel and
a good stuff. Oh man, I was looking at some of those emails today. They are you know what the texture can we get some of the text comments and emails and as we go on, as we do the sea, Yeah, let's get a few in. Man. People aren't happy, people don't care. We' me in the playoffs right now, you know, just getting right into it, Kurt, I have quarterbacks with a running game. M I've always said, give us a quarterback with a running game. In other words, I've always said,
with equal talent, are better. How do we respond? Yeah? We didn't respond very well. We have. I begged us to play full games, you know, I begged us to give us sixty minutes. Yesterday came out in the first half eighteen point eighteen minutes over eighteen minutes. Uh. We was but since ninety one yards rushing back was was clicking.
And and I'm just watching because I'm watching. I watched the film others Jacksonville squad like, wow, okay, maybe they Detroit then maybe you know, then they come back and do tight the Titans in and you know, maybe they're up and down team. Nah, they played at a level when it made halftime adjustments and came out at another level. Yeah, we uh taught the campo. Uh. He said that weakness was their secondary. He said, if you want to hurt them,
their secondary was the weakness. And I'm talking about the Jaguas. It didn't seem like that. Yes, No, it didn't seem like that. I mean, we had some guys with a nice day. Ceedee Lamb had a nice day, you know, running game was nice. For when it came down to just strategic points in the game, we kind of failed there. Yeah, And I think that's the that's the question I have. I think a lot of Cowboys fans have is this They just, like you said, they can't put a complete
game together. They had looked great for a minute, then they just have this collapse. It's been in the second quarter lately. Yesterday was in the third, It's happened in the fourth. But what causes that. You could maybe see one player, you know, he has a bad series or whatever, but this is it just seems like the whole team goes into this. Like the coaches, I have their their deal, then the offensive line, I have their deal, and then the quarterback is seen to have bad luck. Because I
went back and watched those interceptions. One of them, I don't know if he could have pulled it down and won the shots. I don't know if he could have pulled it down because guy was batting at you know, it was batting at his hands, and what I mean by pulling it down is not throwing it at all. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, And so I didn't know about that one. Then the one with the kid nor popping up. You know, this is this is what I this is what I believe is we gave up a lot of points. Yeah,
we did, and our defense was non existent. But I've always said, don't let your weakness beat you. And once again, one hundred and ninety some yards Russian. Yeah, now they can throw whenever they want. They have Evan Ingram, a veteran guy, Kurt a veteran guy, Marvin Jones a veteran guy, Zay Jones a veteran guy, And I'm like, uh, Marvin Jones and Junior. They had veteran guys going at rookies, going at second year guys. Even though Bland bland as
a ball, yeah's playing well. I listened to what Broda said about Joseph Hee. He's a hands on guy. He's better at covering. But that's part of being a pro. Sometimes you can have to play back off the ball and play within the scheme and know your options and study film and realize what can happen. What is the
most dangerous thing? You know, let's start with three weeks ago, you waited to ten minutes left in the game and you exploded off over the coats and you're saying, wow, that's great, but man, let's play a little sharper, let's see a little tougher. Then the next week that boys down the street, we waited two minutes left in the game. Yeah, oh boy, we got them then, but it showed we were overcome adversary. Yeah, yeah, we resilient. Now you came out and you were ahead and you let them get you.
It's twenty one to seven, twenty one to seven and a half time twenty and so now all you have to do is finished. Then it comes down to a point where all you gotta do is run the clock out or make them use their time out. Yea, And that would seem to be an issue. And like I said, it's just points and times in the game where you say wow, and it just seems to all happen kind of like it just snowballs. Yeah, it happens at once, and it's like why why do you know? Why can't
they I don't know. See, you gotta understand as the game go on. You got to be the team back in the old days when Emmett was running like man, Emmett gets stronger as the game go on. Well, some of the mental things that we're doing, Like you, the whole nation is saying, hey, just run the clock out, make them use their time out. Why didn't we do that? That was very very Carthy said, they're being aggressive, They're gonna try to win this. You you, you could have
still want it. Ye see, when when aggression, when aggression stands in a way of success, that's not being very smart. And I'm not saying coach McCarthy is not smart. I'm not saying, but that word aggressive around here has cost us interceptions, It has cost us games. I just think at certain points in time, times in the game, I would have liked to taken our chances, even would have just ran into a brick wall. The clock would have been running and somebody would have to use some time out. Yeah,
our defense got extended yesterday. Our defense got extended. And uh and they weren't playing on key. They haven't played on key rid of the last two games, so they got extended. Man says, the sky is falling. Nah, the sky ain't falling. We just got to realize. Uh. And I try to be colful because you know, it's a new type of kids and a new kind of sensibility
sensitive sensitivity that's out there. I don't want to you know, because you say something not meaning bad and people will take it and texting and and try to make it bad. But we gotta we have to get mentally tougher. Yea, we have to get mentally tougher. How do they do that? Though? I mean they're just they've been stumbling along here, finally caught up to him yesterday and now they got the
biggest game, you know, the season coming up. How did they just flip that switch and say, okay, now we're going to figure this out because for sixty minutes. Yeah, see when we play and we and I'm glad we can talk about Philadelphia because they're finally here. Yeah, everybody, you know, yesterday we was watching part of the Philly game.
As we was watching this game, and one of the guys say, hey, boys, it's three to nothing, and without even looking at the games, who leading Philadelphia three nothing? Don't worry they'll win? Yeah, why because we've seen it, right, We've seen where But first time we played them, they
can seem like they can only score in the second quarter. Oh, they're the most high scoring team in the seventh quarter, third and fourth quarter where they had to lead and they didn't have to do nothing else but run the ball and maintain time and maintain a close time of possession. Their defense was intact. Was two things happen. They lost one of their horses in Jordan Davis. They went out and replaced it with two guys. They're letting their quarterback
through a little bit more. So, Now, what do you stop because now when they played Green Bay, they scored all the way through the whole game. Yeah, and they've been playing hard and consistent all the way through the whole game. Now you may say, wow, they strained against the Bears or they strained against this team. But what happened in the end, whether they've played a good quarterback or bad quarterback, they have one. Yeah. Now we've been
saying that. You know, all the first meeting, Coop of Rush was playing and this and that, and are you seeing a significant difference between the Cowboys and the Yeah, you're scoring, you are scoring a lot of points, but you still have any race those bad instances where you can run out the clock if you just run the ball, you know you and I don't want to consterprenate the issue. But we started on the nineteen. We started on the eighteen.
You know, we got one good run out to about the twenty five, I mean one good round about the twenty eight, and after that was eighteen nineteen. That's seven that's five or seven yards we just gave away. And maybe because he was catching the ball on the one in shallow, they didn't want to take that chance. Okay, all of that's good, and well then we go into the we go into the red zone. We was three or four. But you gotta understand, at the biggest part of the game they held us the field goals and
not seven points. So you know, I know him jumping all around, but that's how the game was. Yeah, one minute, we look great, then the next minute it's like, now we're trying to make excuses for things that I don't think we should be making excuses for it. Do you think they when they had that twenty seven ten league, do you think they just kind of eased off the petal a little bit there? Yeah, yeah, and this other team just kept playing hard, kept playing hard. When when? When? When?
This is what I I've always liked coach Peterson. I've always liked the way he's hand him and Frank Wright. Frank Wright got kicked out of out of the coats Land. But I'm he's probably glad he got kicked out of coach land. But those are the guys that those quarterbacks and those how to handle quarterbacks. You this kid is totally different than a year ago, and people said, well he's aging. Know that the head coach and the quarterback coach and all of those guys has changed. You think
Cowboys got coached yesterday? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, because maybe coach would say, if I had to do over, I would do it the same, And that's fine. I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I mean, first of all, tim who you're starting five offensive linement are? Well, I hope it's who we saw yesterday from at the end of the game, well most of the game where I don't Yeah, okay, at the end of the game we had you know, I assume it was Tyler Smith come to govern. Be honest,
Martin Tyran Smith. Yeah, I'm looking at a play right here. This kid was in on the gold line. This kid, this kid ball on the gold line the jumbo. Yeah, it went into the jumbo. He missed his block. The dude hit the him back right in the back. I don't blame him. Yeah, but you can keep putting him in the game and keep getting the same results. Yeah. Yeah, and see people, Well you know you can't judge. You know he had twenty seven plays and had two bat ones.
Well he just had one play. What are you gonna do? Okay, if you don't make sure and I'm jumping ahead, if you don't make train training camp priority, and you don't give him the majority of the snaps doing training camp and all of the games, then how is he gonna get better? Because the live bullets are killing him? Yeah, just coming in on that. Yeah, yeah, the live bullets are killing him. Yeah. All right, Well let's take our first break here. Um, maybe talking getting a little more
deep into what's going on with the defense. They've struggled last few games. I want to talk about Dak's day because statistically it was good on paper, but talk about that soon. Um, and yeah, just our overall feelings. Jose Aguilar, he says the Cowboys is for Jesse Cowboys is like my dad. They left me at the porch waiting. Oh wow, it'll be all right, Jose will be all right, all right, Okay that that secondment was brought to us by wingstop
where flavor gets its wings. And when we get when we get back, we'll get into a little further So hang with us, hang with the boys, beating them to keep them emails and Texas coming. I'm Kurt Daniels or man Nate Newton is with us, of course, and this segment or second one where we brought to you by blockchain dot com. Sean Mitchell texted in he wants to know why you're not a coach, because You're knowledge is being wasted on me. Sir Sah Sarah.
The reason I'm not a coach, cause I am very good as sitting over here as a un check quarterback complaining because I'm a fan just like you, sir, just with a little bit better insight knowledge, just very little, just very little, you know, touch more, you know, you can see, you know. And my man Kurt talked about the defense. First of all, we undervalued Layton vander Esh Yeah that was a big loss. Yes. Second of all, we undervalued Anthony Bryant. Yes, yeah, it's turned into a
huge loss. Yes, number number three. And I hate to say this, he'd been here with three weeks Hankins M hmm, Yeah, I could have used him in that middle whenever averaging seven point one yards per carry? How does that even happen? But you know a lot of those I mean the end rounds are killing him and yeah we got for Yeah we can we not hold the edge? No we can't, No, no we we we can't. Uh, this is the bad what's the proper English? This is the worst the defense
is played? Is that the proper sure? You know? Because I want to say this is the baddest they have played. Yeah, that could be taking a positively. Uh, we couldn't bring down this kid and this is what I feared is if this kid got on fire. Even though we can mount up a pass rush, they couldn't bring him down. They wrapped him a couple of times to hit him, but he got good contact balances. This in the world. You know, once you get hit, can you balance up, you know and escape? So he got great. He had
that all day yesterday. He made plays. The one booboo he made was when Curse hit him down field and he fumed he had the ball wrapped up. I'm just say hella helliva hit. Yeah, the game should have been over, right, there was a minute to happen. Yeah, the game should have been over. But uh, other than that, this is the day that me and you and especially Jesse. Jesse keeps saying, we're acting our defense to play perfect, yes, and when they don't play perfect, what happens? Well, this
this is what happens. Yeah, you know, Uh, we wasn't tackling well we want wrapping a quarterback up. Well, Uh, it wasn't so much that they was hitting us in the middle. They just kept hitting my edges. Yeah, they just you know, with the reverses with etn uh they tossing it to him. They screening it to him, Uh, they had a they put together a nice game plan. Yeah. To me, you know, the thought that came to me or as I was watching and I was thinking that.
To me, the defense just looks like they're getting tired, like they're getting worn out. And I remember you're talking about that earlier in the year, I was gonna break. Earlier in the year. You're talking about all this time I possession and this and that that in the long run, it's gonna wear down your defense. Do you think we're at that point now? Oh? Is at that point? Is that you can rest all you want is but when you were getting hit and you're hitting all the time, Yeah,
your legs is the first to go. And our defense look like the legs are gone now. It doesn't help that we got young guys. Are guys that have not played well are played long enough on the back end, you know, coach Al Harris got his hands full of trying to find whether it's gonna be Nation or whether it's gonna be You got what four or five guys back there. Only one of them is young. I mean, the rest of the others are all veteran or been
playing pretty well. But that one wink clink is enough obvious you when you have to put a safety over there, and you always have that safety leaning towards that way where you could get help in other instances. It frees these guys up a lot of time when you can play your job within the scheme and master real well. Uh, it allows for you to be able to bring people up on the on the line. They had to spend a lot of time back because even on first down they had a major threat because of that one guy
to throw the ball and to have a completion. So you you, you was always weary. You just couldn't run up and say, okay, we're gonna stop the run. You know. Uh. A lot of people say, well, Agnew had that one thirty nine or forty nine yard reverse. Okay, let's take thirty nine from one hundred and ninety two. What does that ye see? One hundred? Yeah? So you know on
twenty seven carriages? Yeah, quiet as kelp. You know, Evan Ingram had a nice day with a couple of reverses and look quick tosses and uh, like I said, Zay Jones hit them for three touchdowns. Yeah, and so we we just didn't play well defensively, and now we're now Philadelphia, it's coming with that high octane run versus past option. What are you gonna do? You know, you this ain't the time of the year. This ain't the time of the year. And the young lady that's what broadest them
does their show Ambar said it perfectly. They kind of glanced over it. Hey y'all. She asked them, Hey, y'all, when everybody else is starting to progress and look good, we're starting We're still trying to figure out who we are. Everybody kind of overrolled that. My wife went to Jacksonville to watch the game, and she came back. As soon as she got in the car, she said, baby, why is it that everyone else's starting to look like they're going forward and we're seeing like we're standing still? In
most cases? When you look at this Dallas Cowboy team, do you see him getting better? Yeah? Now, I'm not a coach. I'm not looking at film and I don't know what you're looking at to determine what is getting better. But right about now we're not getting better, well, especially defensively. Yeah. Michael Parsons had an interesting quote after the game. I wanted to ask you about this. He said, we're not getting traditional looks obviously, way more chips ball is coming
out way faster. There's not a lot of drop back, more play action. There's a lot more quick game against us. We've got to expect that and change our game plan. So it sounds like to him if I'm hearing that, right, is the defenses. I mean, officers have adjusted to this. They've figured out a way on how they need to attack, and it's up to it's a game plan issue. Maybe that that's something that maybe Quinn's got to figure out. No, no seeing yourself, brother, So you go over, they explain
what you just explain to me. Explain it to them, because this is the NFL, and once they get a book on you, and once they see a team be successful in that, they're gonna try, especially if they have equal or better talent to yours. And it's okay, they did that, Oh my guys can do that a little
bit better. Yes, but okay, So is that a Dan Quinn problem or is it the players are just have to I don't know, just or expect it or I'm gonna tell you something, man, they outplay this yesterday, and yes, teams you you can bet that some of the components that they used against us, Philly will use a few of them. But Philly know who they are. Yeah, Philly is good enough. They'll they're gonna do what they do. They're gonna have to make us some adjustments to Philly.
We have, you know, we they and this is what a lot of people may don't want to hear. And we may beat Philly, but Philly didn't open up their offense against us. They didn't have to know that big drive just running right down. Yeah. So when the game got on the line for us, what do we do? Did we just bought out and said we've been running this rod. No, we didn't, didn't. But when Philli said, okay, you like that, let's see if you like that, we're
gonna run the ball. Yeah yeah, yeah. Speaking of Parsons, I mean, he had he had the only sack yesterday, He had I think a couple quarterback hits, had that fumble recovery, but still it seemed like a quiet day for him by his standards. And that makes about three or so in a row now, where of course he's a good player, and of course he's opening up things for other guys, but he doesn't seem to be having
a huge impact like he was earlier in the season. Uh, that's because you gotta understand when you're a great player, they're gonna have certain things for you. But also when you're a great player, that frees up other guys. And what is happening here is the other guys are not making plays now. Okay, so to Quinn's mean, Parsons is doing his part. The other guys are no, I'm looking at the film now, they're all are doing their job and nobody's being exceptional. Where we had a couple of
games with Armstrong got two sacks. So you so you you you you, you had to make a decision if Parson was back off the ball a little bit, Are we gonna chip him all we're gonna be over here. Are we gonna make the quarterback for us to quarterback into Parsons? Now? No one else is making plays because of how great he is. He needs for other guys to make plays to help him just go over the top. He's a good player. He got the one sack. But but they said in their mind one sack. Yeah, they'll
take that, and we'll take that. Where's Armstrong. Where's the Marcus Long? Where you know? Where's Donovan Wilson went to safety blizzy looking like, where's all the other guys? They wasn't making plays. So it's still even when Michael Jordan wo was scored forty scotti, people would see it get twenty one. Yeah, you know, Dennis Robin will still get fifteen rebounds, you know, because somebody got to get the rebound. Somebody got to throw them the ball. You get what
I'm saying. Yeah, so the other guys still got to do their job. They do. And I just I worried though that they've relied on Parsons so much and now he's just he's worn. He looks more now and he just he's tired, you know. Just can they rest of him up their game to help him out? I don't know, I don't know. Let's take our second break. We got anybody on the thing going out. We got some questions coming up, and one of them here it's you know, talking about guys being soft, so they won't get into
that talk. And he talked about some dacks to day as well, and uh, yeah, let's take our second break. We'll be right back on the hand with the Boys. Hey Cowboys fans, ready to spice up your next watch party. Bring Yokierro guacamole and be the game day hero. The yo Kiro means I want and we know you want. You know, I forgot it. And I heard other shows talking about, you know, them making the playoffs. I forgot if Washington loss, that put the Cowboys, yeah, which I need to Mickey was looking that up. How they did that, because Washington could still reach ten wins
yeah and make the playoffs. So I don't know how anyone computer has weighed in our good friend computer and he has said, I'm afraid it's over. Oh, computer, computer, I talk to you tomorrow. Yeah, find out why you think it is over. I have a group session trying to help all of us here. Uh, let's see, yeah, let's talk a little bit, uh, a little bit. Jack Prescott,
our man gee in Jersey. He wants to know, you know, the defense did make a couple of crucial stops in the fourth quarter, and then you know the Cowboys just couldn't do anything with it. Is Dak stats look great? But is he the finisher? His question is is he the finisher at quarterback? This team's needs and can we trust Kellen Moore in a close game. I'm gonna tell you something, fellas. We have three games left right against the Titans who are fighting against Philadelphia, who's gonna win
their division, Against the Titans who are fighting for life. Yeah, they're fighting The team that beat us is now equal to them almost, and so they are fighting for their playoff lives. They're gonna be And then who do who do we have last at Washington? And then we at Washington who is fighting for their playoff lives? Now you you you have a chance, from the quarterback owned down to the kicker to show who you are. You have
three games left to play up a complete game. You have three games left, uh to not make those Uh? I guess y'all call them aggressive mistakes? You know which? Or beloved owner says you can't have both. No, you gotta be aggressive, but you can't have the internet. Internet. Yeah, and and and and Uh it was like I tell you it's it's good, think about it. But we're tending for right. Yeah, so you're in the playoffs. Uh, you don't have to try nothing new, just improve on what
you're doing. You've been hearing me and say this for four or five six. You don't have to try nothing new. Just improve on who you are and then improve on that. Don't don't you don't have to invent something new. Y, let me show him this new play right here, and it turned out to be a disaster. Yeah, you know, everything you do, like Nick Saban say, don't waste plays. Yeah,
don't waste plays. You have seventy of these things, depending on if you up Temple, you may have seventy eight to eighty of these things, and everyone of you don't know which one of those plays that you Hey, we're just gonna take a look at this. Yeah, and it hurts you, especially if you haven't ran it in practice to great success. Yeah. Yeah, well you know running those plays.
Dak On statistically had a great day. I mean, seventy six, completed seventy six percent of his passes through three touchdowns, one hundred and seven point one passer rating. I mean, he get But yet there's this underwriting feeling that people don't, you know, we all worry that he can't get it done when he's you know, one pass he was getting hit unsacked on then when the guy flat out dropped. Yeah,
I mean, but it's like these things keep happening. And I read yesterday Clarence Hill saying, y'all wonder why when I beat Rest, we wonder why they's still looking for a receiver. Well, if that's the case, we we we we should have been had. Well they say Hilton when they're gonna come, because he was waiting on his kids finished playing football. So but we should have had somebody in here if that's the case. Yeah, you know, if we didn't feel like our guys were confident enough for
good enough, which I think they are. Yeah, you know, and uh, well we don't have a long game. We don't have about to stretch the fields. A lot of teams don't have a long game and don't don't have a lot of people to stretch to feel you know. I look at, uh this big tight end for the for Kansas City Chiefs. They throwing the ball crossing routes, and he just seemed to run about twenty more. Y'alls. You know what I'm saying at all, And I ain't
saying Schultz is count is that guy? He's not. No, But you got to leave it to some of you, you know, you got to leave it to some of you. Guys to make some plays for you too as a quarterback. Well, that seems like part of the problem. You know, Lamb had a good day. He was seven catches on one hundred and twenty six yards. But after that, you know, Noah Brown did have a couple of touchdowns. You know, it was decent, but Schultz had two catches, Gallup had
one catch for two yards. I mean, there just wasn't a lot of help there otherwise that that is what I'm saying. That goes back to, uh, the young beast one defense. You know what, what's happening to him? What other play guys ain't making plays? Now? You know what's happening Cedee. Lamb is shining more and more each week. But as the game gets tighter and the game gets bigger, other guys diminished and they just U saw him running with CD two and three guys. Yeah, but like you,
you're not gonna be so now where are shots? You know? Where? Where? Where? You know? Where is Michael Gallop? We just gave him his bag as the young people, Where is Michael Gallop? I think that's the big question is And then we've kind of been saying this all along. Jesse as well, is that he's just not quite right from the from the neat thing. Brother, I'm gonna tell you something. Uh, We're gonna have to We're gonna have to do something because you can get it up Philadelphia, and you probably
can even beat Philadelphia. But do you have that that that that mental toughness to play the next game? See, I understand when coach McCarthy said, we gotta learn how to strain. We gotta learn how to take, you know, when things ain't going right, take it to the end and find a way to win the game. Yeah, that means you're gonna play hard the whole game and find
a way. Not play hard a quarter, not play hard a half, but play hard the whole game, keep getting better as the game progresses, and then in the end find a way. Is this a problem of physically they're banged up, they're tired, whatever, or is it mentally they're just nine teams in the NFL thirty two beat up? So this is more of a mental Yeah, staying with the focus, staying focus, being where you're supposed to be. Uh. And and I know a lot of people saying Calvin Joseph,
Calvin Joseph Kelvin Joseph. But it's a it's a lot of It's about fifteen teams, I know, with some bad corners. Yeah, I mean, like I said earlier, they've got that secondary. Out of the four or five guys, all but one are pretty solid. Every I mean, there's a lot of teams that don't have that many. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Something's got to be done. And I don't, you know, we keep talking about more receivers, more receivers. Maybe they didn't dress the cornerback like this. Should you
know what injuries happened? Yeah, you know, remember when we beat Cincinnati and all that week. I'm like, y'all, the offensive line is brand new. Just before the game, I said, Cincinnati office line is brand new. And y'all talking about a kid that just came out I think off some type of surgery. Yeah, yeah, just got his body. Felt. I said, this ain't gonna be the same guy eight weeks from now. And the reason I said that were confidence.
I said, I'm glad we're catching them now because eight weeks from now, this ain't gonna be the same team. People said, well, how can you say that? Why don't they just recently in the Super Bowl. Yeah, and they're rolling now six straight wins. See, I went the long way to get to this. What have we done in the recent past to show people that we can win a second round football game? Yeah? Well yeah, that's a
huge question. You know. You know, people look at me and they want to tell me, show me how smart they are. I've asked maybe twenty people when did the ramp up process start for offensive Lima. Yeah, and everybody keep telling me about I said, when did it start? What year did the ramp up start? You know, it's because Brent Brown is a great trainer, a great conditioner, and he can get you ready for a game. Yeah. Yeah, Well, I mean maybe it's all part of just the overall.
You know, they practice lesson pads. It's it's not as I don't know, maybe that's all part of it. Okay, So but now you know, when you're playing the fads and and go in the game, it's like, yeah, like you said, it's going hundred zero to n Yeah. So so we're gonna get fifteen minutes, I mean fifteen plays wide open. I'm so glad to Round played fort or something place yesterday. I am so glad. So we can get him going for next week. What do you think
about he played okay? He played okay. Uh, I think a couple of times the technique one is sound because he was on the other side, but that's to be expected. Uh. He's still he's still a baller He's still a baller man. Yeah, he's. I mean, he's not a future Hall of Famer for nothing here. Yeah, he's a baller man. So our guys, I think it's hit a wall. Are he struggling I left tackle? Yeah, he's he's he's struggling. I mean, guys getting on his edge a little bit too much and
getting to the inside him a little too easy. So he gotta read, gotta get him up an ice ice tub and read. You know, yeah, right, yeah, R do whatever. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, anything on that on a squawk box over there now, you know, there's it's kind of quieted down there. I guess people are talking tired of listen to me talk. But um, there's one question though. Um, the players after this loss have said that nothing's changed. They're still feeling good about these playoffs
and you know they're ready to go. Do you think that's true? Their confidence is there? You think that just kind of the confidence is there because who you getting ready to play is definitely playoff material. Yeah, you know, you getting ready to play. And if the Eagles win this what okay, only threat they have and not being the number one seed is Minnesota. Everybody else ain't threatening them.
So if you beat them, you give Minnesota that shot at that, you know, so you gotta beat them another scene, Gotta beat them in Minnesota, gotta win out that way Minnesota can have that number one seed. But other than that, you you you you number five. I heard Bill Jones said it was two or three games entrenched in that ahead of everybody. So all you got to win two of the next three or all three of the next
games and you you you the number five seed. Yeah, yeah, it would seemed like at this point they should have the number five seed. Yeah, locked up. And then you go to the NFC South team, which at this point they for their life. That I like their head coach, I like how their team is ran. They're going through some things, the Titans. But the Titans are playing for their very playoff life. I'm telling you, Uh, they're coming for They're coming for Dallas. When when when you know,
when it's their town. Who do the Titans got this week? That's a good question, you know, swing. I mean we're allowed to look a here, but not to look ahead, but not the players. They are home against Houston, so they gotta lay up. I bet they don't have a let down. I bet they're gonna try to write themselves. Of course, you know, Texans almost beat us, and they almost be took Kansas City over yesterday, so who knows,
you know what? My man almost almost. We should we should be sitting here right now saying Jacksonville, that's what we should be saying. But guess what we're saying. Wow, all these mistakes of the last three weeks that we haven't fully cleaned up. It's hunting us. Yep, as Mike w says, Mike Warry says, Kellen Moore is killing us. The play calling is terrible. Carthy needs to take over justice. Mike's Mike's like all of us. He's feeling it too. So you're just it's just bad, you know, y'all Go
to bed tonight, get up tomorrow street. You know, with Jesse'll be back, give us his thoughts. You will move on Jesse'll be back tomorrow.
