Dysfunctional Family Mom Vs Daughter VIOLENT Argument Turns Physical

Growing up in the inner City(THE HOOD), I have seen things like this go on between those who are supposed to love each other and have each other's backs.  The sheer confusion that comes about when certain pieces are not in place, when certain necessities aren't being given then this is the result that follows  I'm not trying to say that arguing amongst family and friends isn't common it's the fact that this level of dysfunction between a mother and a daughter is something that should never happen but it does happen a lot more often than most people would think  Here I discuss one of the main problems in the community as well as give some advice on how to correct this problem
