Finding Hope

Ever feel like there is no hope out there and that no one gets you?
For most of us CSA Survivors that is true and more frequent than we would like
This blog offers reference to why we may struggle more than others with this.
I have found that often the answers don't lie with the voices outside of me or the constant chatter in my head, they are more likely to be found inside in the very depth of my being.
My soul if you like
That is where peace and wisdom lie.
This blog looks at how we can discover this for ourselves by going within and quietly meditating. 
Steps are provided, and some useful ideas of how to start are discussed.
