Doubt

Doubt is hard for us as survivors and can show up unexpectedly at times.
There are many reasons why this is a core feature of our lives, not the least being we had to doubt our own instinct as the abuse continued. We knew it was wrong, but we couldn't tell anyone. No wonder we struggle with having our own backs at times.
