Dani Henderson, spiritual therapist  interviews me - about my second book Flightpath to Healing - A Guide for Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) Survivors, which I have written to help support survivors. 
We discuss Hypervigilance and its impact on adult survivors not just as children, but how it impacts us to this day. 
We also look at ways supporters of survivors can receive help to support their loved one.
